We had Patterson contracting Services to our home to help us move our home audio onto current technology. Our older setup was no longer working and we weren’t sure why. Patterson spent time listening to what we wanted and checking/testing our equipment to diagnose where there were problems. This allowed him to recommend what equipment we really needed and what we could continue to use. He followed up and scheduled a return as soon as the new equipment was delivered. After a full install he spent all the time we needed going over setup and use… never getting frustrated even after he got the same question multiple times! We are so excited to watch our first movie with our new setup tonight. We give Patterson two thumbs up! I wish all service companies were so efficient, productive and helpful.

What else can you say about Sky Electric that the reviews don't say for themselves. Ronnie is an excellent resource for all your electricity needs big or small and has completely knocked out of the park every single one of our projects we've thrown his way. He has also recommended us a great plumber and roofing company that was the same caliber as him. We've got him lined up for another big project of running power from our breaker to our shed we're converting into an ADU. Every item we've needed him to work on he completes quickly and efficiently and lays out exactly what he needs to do. He's upfront with materials and costs and doesn't waste any time, he'll always ask whats next at the end of the job and if you forgot to mention something or want him to check something else out he's always got time. He loves to chat it up like myself too and is an excellent local tour guide for any type of activities you're looking to do, he travels the USA and is a great outdoor type who is an absolute do'er. He's not only helped us with our home projects, he's helped us who have recently moved to the area find great places to go outside and enjoy with our family, places to eat/drink, and is always good for some great conversation about the area or where you're from because chances are he's stopped through there! Big shout out to Jeriah Bowling with GB Electrical for the great work done at my house today. He was on time, professional and knew his stuff. Listened to my issues, wrote a quote for me to approve before doing any work and offered solutions to the problem. When one thing didn’t work, he found a solution for that also. Tried to call to get assistance with resolving an electrical issue. First call as I was introducing myself I got hung up on, second call the receptionist was very rude and rushed me off of the phone because she was on an important business call. I've always worked customer service and the customer always comes first, unacceptable treatment.

Excellent service. The customer service agent or receptionist kept me abreast of any delays. The electrician explained everything and answered my questions thoroughly. I asked quit a few questions because a lot of comapnies just do enough to get by, but this company ensured that I understood. I am a single mother and home owner so I have experienced bad services that try to insult my intelligence and get over as if I were desperate and they arw the only option. I signed up for IRV's monthly service being that my house is almost ten years old and needed their hvac service the next day as well. The electrician was professional, more like a handyman that was part of the family, honest, helpful, and excellent service. My air conditioner would not come on (why I needed the HVAC service) he and I were both sweating, and he did not complain not one time or rush through the job although the heat was excrutiating. Thanks IRV.

Prompt, professional, and pleasant! We had a bathroom exhaust fan installed by Alfred (Al) Gordon at Benet Electrical. I called on a Wednesday and Al was able to come the following Monday. Al accomplished the install quickly with no issues or damage to the surrounding walls/ceiling, and thoroughly cleaned up after the project.
The informal phone estimate we received was very close to the final cost of the project, and there was no up-selling or up-charging. I got about five informal phone estimates before deciding to go with Benet Electrical - they won the bid because the price seemed very fair relative to the other estimates (tied for lowest bid), and because later that day Benet Electrical was independently recommended by a friend of mine.
Small but nice things: I appreciated that Al checked in right after we booked the appointment via text message to confirm my address, and later responded to my text when I had a question while selecting the fan. Al also called a half-hour before our appointment to confirm that we were still on, which was really nice as well. Finally, Benet Electrical accepts credit card payments - I was prepared to use a check, but it's nice to get reward points for home repairs! I really appreciate that level of accessibility, engagement, and tech savvy in a service provider.
