Called On Time, was courteous and prompt. Thereb was a mix up and day of services the dispatch girl was unkind and nasty. Electrician was professional and well versed despite their miscommunication. All in all, good company!

Absolutely amazing service! We had an electrical problem with dimming of lights all throughout the house when any appliance was used, even A/C. They found the problem quickly (damaged bonding strap in the main panel) and gave me my options. I needed a new part that was hard to find, and even when they couldn't find it they got one from another electrician. Problem was fixed in under an hour after that They even stuck around and worked with my home warranty provider so I could file a claim, and gave me a quote for another job I was thinking about. Very friendly and good at what they do, highly recommended!

He arrived on time and fixed my electrical issue without hesitation. I was able to place all of my electronics and appliances exactly where I wanted them. On a hot Sunday morning the main breaker to our house decided to quit working, but Al at KG3 was there to help. He arrived promptly (on a Sunday) and replaced our breaker for us. Will definitely use Al again for future electrical work.

I contracted with Bates Electric to install a Tesla charger replace an overhead fixture and replace a ceiling fan. Rob Miller was the electrician who arrived and he took care of everything that day with ease. His work was neat and very professional. He was very knowledgeable and quite happy to explain his procedures. Rob was confident and well spoken and we could not be more happy with his work and very fair price. I have used Bates several times and will continue to call them for all our electrical work. They are top notch

The name discount electrical is a joke!. We had a light fixture that needed repair and thought it was wiring. However we only needed a different type of bulb. I was shocked when we received a bill for $125 yes $125 to change a lightbulb. He showed up an hour late and had to use our ladder! We don't mind paying for someones time but this is price gauging at its finest. Someone with this type of ethics to charge that much for that level of work should not be in business. Please do your research and be aware so you don't have to over pay like we just did.

I’d needed to have my ceiling fan reinstalled. Bobby was the technician and he was quick and very thorough. He was also very friendly and conversational. His services was awesome. I’d definitely call Michael and Son again.

I cant recommend using Roman enough. He did quality work for a fair price. He was on time, cleaned up after and made sure i was fully satisfied before moving on. If you have home electrical needs, Roman is your guy!

It's easier than I thought getting electrical work done with COVID and the semiconductor shortage. Anyway, Bates was excellent. The electrician knew his stuff and did not mess anything up. He got everything done a lot faster than I expected for a project as big as the one I had. I’d hire them again for another project.

I called another electrician prior who was 8 times higher in price AND couldn’t be bothered with a small job.
