I had a mostly negative experience with 24/7 Electric. I contracted them install 3 240V breakers; they sent a tech out to inspect and quoted me $1300. That's steep for what is essentially a 2 hour job with minimal parts and an easy DIY, but I bit the bullet, since I didn't want to learn the electrical code required for the installation. After scheduling an install, the tech arrived on time, but didn't have the equipment necessary for the job, despite the panel being inspected in advance, so he had to leave and come back later. Once the work was completed, it failed inspection because the installed breakers were not GFI protected, a requirement to the electrical code that came out 2 years prior. The company worked quickly to reschedule but had to make multiple trips out because they kept buying the wrong breakers. Once the correct breakers were installed, I waited a week for the company to reschedule another inspection but they never contacted me, so I had to reach out myself. Normally, I would be ok with all of this, but what I found the most insulting and unprofessional was the additional bill I received for over $500 because the newer breakers that were up to code were pricey and the company passed the cost on to me. Charging the customer more because you, the company, made a mistake by not knowing the electrical code (the whole reason I'm paying you in the first place) is highly unprofessional; had I been given the correct estimate up-front, I would not have accepted 24/7's bid and would have done the work myself. I am giving 2 stars because the work that was actually done was done well. The conduit and boxes used were installed neatly. The company was also easy to get a hold of and communicated scheduling clearly.

Amazing h great job!

We’ve used Brennan twice for installation of outdoor lighting and replacement of all exterior light fixtures. Both times Josh Dulaney was the electrician who came out. He was very helpful in our initial meeting, offering suggestions and answering our questions. When it came time for installation, he arrived promptly (not easy since he had to take a ferry to reach us) and got right to work. He was professional, efficient, and friendly. He disposed of all the old fixtures, wires, bulbs, saving us the hassle. We now have much more (and better quality) outdoor lighting than before. We highly recommend Brennan Electric.

I live across the country, and my sister who lives in Bellevue called this company (remind you she is not fluent in English), and they were so kind to her and came out to meet her needs in such a short notice. I had an excellent experience with Raincap on some electrical work that needed to take place in our home. Their lead electrician, Bryce, is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and communicative. He gave us a fair estimate and was very honest regarding the scope of work that needed to be done. The two electricians, Pete and Josh, were also efficient, polite and knowledgeable. In addition, they followed COVID guidelines appropriately. We'll definitely use them again if we have further needs and I'd recommend them to anyone requiring an electrician.

Specific and upfront and fast

They responded to my call quickly and came to evaluate the issue within 2 hours and replaced the breaker panel next day. Especially it was during the home stay order due to the COVID-19 by governor and it was really difficult to hold of other companies.. So it was nice that I was able to take care the issue right away instead of waiting the governor to clear the order. Yes, the price was not cheap if you compare to the average cost of replacing the panel but I had no choice to shop around to look for other companies. The issue was solved next day and not need to worry about the issue anymore which is very nice.

AMS Electric installed a 240 volt outlet for an ev mobile charger. I'm very happy with the service and value. They also did a follow-up visit, which was quick, convenient and at no charge.

We had Chad fully replace our breaker panel. He also added an outlet, blocked out an unused one and installed a light and switch. We previously had an issue with our house being ungrounded so He made sure to ground anything that could have a current and added two grounding rods. He was very professional, on time and had great communication. He was very polite, very detailed in his work and made sure everything was done properly. He cleaned up after himself and was just overall the most professional we have dealt with. He will be who we call in the future for work with our electrical.
