Came out to wire up and install new ceiling fan. Thought about trying to do myself but glad I didn't. Quick service, great price. Would use again!

When it comes to electrical problems I don't even want to think about what to or what the problem is so I call Mister Sparky every time I have an electrical issue and they always show up when they say they will, none of that between 9 and 3 bologna. My girlfriend hired Economy Wiring to upgrade to 200AMP service at our house as well as replace the existing panel board with a new panel board that allows to add electricity to an area in the house that had none including 220 and light switches and receptacles. They left without finishing the work, the work they did do was not what was needed, and they didn't return calls or emails. We had to hire a new electrical company to correct their work and finish, adding thousands of dollars of cost. She called me several times while they were there and Im kicking myself for not running back to the house. While there, Economy Wiring even cut one of my extension cords in half out by the outside power box which must have been in their way, rather than just reaching over and unplugging it, literally within an arms reach. When trying to speak with Economy Wiring after they left, they did not return calls or emails to address the problems and they didn't even send a corrected bill with the work they didn't finish removed. The only time we heard from them was several months later when they demanded payment out of the blue. They had never sent her a bill until then so we thought they had just gone away knowing their work was shoddy. Instead They waited to demand payment until the last few days they are allowed to file a lien in WA state against a home owner for non payment which they did. These guys are real losers. WA state does not protect consumers from shoddy electrical companies like Economy. They didn't finish the work, didn't return calls or emails to fix it, and didn't send a bill subtracting the work they didn't do, but waited several months, demanded payment a couple days before their lien deadline, and then filed a lien against her home which is terrifying easy for a contractor to do. Summary, Work done wrong, work not finished, damaged items on the property, no follow up, and then demanded payment months later lying about the situation.

I had Keithly upgrade my home's electrical panel to 200 amps. I got estimates for this project from two other companies, and Keithly's bid was comparable to the lower of the other two. The Residential Project Manager at Keithly was really responsive to my questions and was easy to communicate with via email, which I appreciate. They were able to do the panel upgrade within approximately three weeks of me deciding to move forward with the project. The electrician and apprentice who actually did the panel upgrade showed up on time, were pleasant to interact with, explained everything that they needed to do, answered all my questions, and completed their work on schedule. There were no issues at all during the inspection process, and I haven't had any issues with my home's electrical system. I recently had a heat pump installed, and the electrician (not from Keithly) who was part of that installation team remarked that installation of both the meter and the panel (both done by Keithly) had been done especially well, and that he encounters a lot of panel/meter upgrades that have been done poorly. So, I had a great experience with Keithly, and it was nice to have someone knowledgeable confirm that they did really quality work. I would definitely recommend Keithly to someone who needs to upgrade their home's electrical panel.

Joshua Allen was kind and helpful. He is a awesome worker and should get a raise for his experience. His work is clean and tidy. Hiding wires and organized and always cleans up after himself. Very impressed with his skills in the trade. I highly recommend this person if you want things done right and done right the first time.

Had EV outlet installed by Tommy. We discussed location, breaker size and usage. He was on time, did nice clean job within our allotted space and it works great for charging our PHEV quickly……

I setup an initial consultation/quotation visit with these guys as I needed to get power outside our house to install a security camera. Dave arrived on time to discuss my project and was extremely professional and friendly. We identified three options, including drilling into the house from the outside and junctioning into the existing electrical network, installing a new external outlet, or wiring the camera into our garage where we have existing outlets. He walked me through the pros and cons of each option and was very candid in his assessment. He then suggested the third option as being the easiest and least intrusive/expensive. Even though the appointment was just an initial visit and not actually when the work was to be performed, he ended up helping me out and finishing the installation free of charge as a neighborly gesture. I was very impressed and would highly recommend anyone to consult with them for electrical needs. I'll certainly call them again if I need something in the future!

Great experience with Smart Electric! Joseph was professional, responsive, and fast. He troubleshooted a complicated wiring issue in our 1955 home and fixed it quickly. Communication was seamless and cost was very reasonable. Happy to have our light and outlets working again!
