Best Restoration in Seattle WA

It was the absolute worst experiences I had with any service providers. If I could give it negative stars I would. DO NOT recommend!

1. It took took them 4 visits spanning an entire month and a bunch of excessive charges to complete some basic fixes

2. The estimates they provided were largely inaccurate for what needed done

3. They sent an inexperienced electrician who was not very skilled to my house. He spent many hours and couldn't figure out what was going on and yet they kept charging me with diagnosis at full rate

4. The owner was extremely rude and impatient. When I called to discuss the charges, he talked over me, kept interrupt me, and hung up on me. I was shocked by his rudeness.

Below are the details. In hindsight, visit 2 and 3 are completely inefficiency due to the first electrician's lack of experience. And yet I was still charged. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience. Definitely don't wish it upon anyone else.

Visit 1: Charged for 1 hour, $200
Initial diagnosis. The electrician told me he needs to come back for the ceiling. Estimated an additional hour needed plus fixing 7 outlets.

Visit 2: Charged for 2 additional hours of diagnosis, $400
It turned out the 7 plugins did not require for any repair, which was the total opposite of what the electrician estimated. He diagnosed the fan in living room but no clear conclusion on why it was not working. The technician told me he needed to come back with a colleague again for the ceiling.

Visit 3: Charged for 1 hour of diagnosis plus some fixes, $500
2 technician did the trouble shooting. The living room fan still had no power. They told me they need to come back again and run a power source to get the fan going.

Visit 4: Charged for fixing the ceiling fan, $600+
Work quoted: 4 hours of complex work
Work performed: The more senior electrician finished the job in less than an hour. Yet I was still charged for the highest end of the estimate.

I'm not sure which of the following qualifies as a nice conversation in your book, and if any of them does, we probably live on different planets.

- Cutting me of mid conversation repeatedly, constant interruption, talking over me
- Hanging up on me before I can get a word in
- Failing to reach a mutually agreed upon solution

Putting up a facade on a public forum like Google does not make the past experience nice either. Doing good work and ensuring your customer's satisfaction is what counts. In my month long interaction with you and your company, the minimum bar was not met.

I stand by my original review. Not Recommend.

Great company, refreshingly nice and honest. I hired All Wire for an emergency electrical repair and I will hire them again for more electrical work in the future.

Rick Lartz did an excellent job updating the electrical wiring in our older home. He was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and explained what he was doing along the way, which I appreciated. I have a lot of confidence in his work and am very happy with the results. I recommend.

Really appreciate Tom and Crews help. Turned into a bigger fix than we thought. We will call 2 sons next time with a problem.

George came over to our house within a day to fix our broken light fixture that was hanging from the ceiling. He was a very professional and knowledgeable electrician!

Great quality, fast and punctual. They do things the right way even if it takes a bit longer. We had a bad breaker and they rushed to get it fixed within the hour, towards the end of the day. Thanks everyone!

After my patio light fixture stopped working properly, I called an electrician. He responded quickly and arrived promptly. The electrician took only a few minutes to repair the broken outdoor light fixture. Yes, I would hire him again!

On time

Andrey's team of electricians came in on short notice and replaced new vanity light fixtures, closet light, shower light, dimmer switches and a fan. They were prompt, polite and efficient. I would certainly recommend this company for any project.

They upgraded my service. From permit to wiring, to panel, they did it all! Passed inspection without a hitch. Their fee was reasonable. I've called them anytime I've needed them and they respond quickly. I love to support a local, family owned business. I get my money's worth everytime!

I had Keithly upgrade my home's electrical panel to 200 amps. I got estimates for this project from two other companies, and Keithly's bid was comparable to the lower of the other two. The Residential Project Manager at Keithly was really responsive to my questions and was easy to communicate with via email, which I appreciate. They were able to do the panel upgrade within approximately three weeks of me deciding to move forward with the project. The electrician and apprentice who actually did the panel upgrade showed up on time, were pleasant to interact with, explained everything that they needed to do, answered all my questions, and completed their work on schedule. There were no issues at all during the inspection process, and I haven't had any issues with my home's electrical system. I recently had a heat pump installed, and the electrician (not from Keithly) who was part of that installation team remarked that installation of both the meter and the panel (both done by Keithly) had been done especially well, and that he encounters a lot of panel/meter upgrades that have been done poorly. So, I had a great experience with Keithly, and it was nice to have someone knowledgeable confirm that they did really quality work. I would definitely recommend Keithly to someone who needs to upgrade their home's electrical panel.

Tried to call them 3 times today, at the number listed on Google. 1st call a woman answered and just said Do you need to talk to an electrician? then put me into some sort of crazy automated loop that eventually just kicked me out. 2nd call a man answered and asked if I already had an appointment or if I needed to make a new one. Then he hung up on me (accidently?) when I said I was hoping to make an appointment. And then on my 3rd try, I got an autobot telling me the number wasn't in service (I double checked that I dialed the same number every time, and even re-dialed and got the same response.)

Joshua Allen was kind and helpful. He is a awesome worker and should get a raise for his experience. His work is clean and tidy. Hiding wires and organized and always cleans up after himself. Very impressed with his skills in the trade. I highly recommend this person if you want things done right and done right the first time.

They were hired by the window company we were using. The engineer did not follow their instructions when moving a light and had to come back and redo the work. Not just a 2nd day, but a 3rd day. A supervisor had to come a 4th day to fix an outlet that smelled of smoke due to a burnt out wire nut that should have been replaced during the relocation. It was a very stressful experience.

Very pleased with quick services. Did a fantastic job. Will use you again.
