Pasha and co did a fantastic job installing an EV outlet in my garage. The electrical panel was in another room, but Pasha routed the wire through with minimal cut to the drywall. There was attention to details at every step. I'd definitely hire again for future projects.

Dylan was highly responsive. I called him and he came right away and fixed my problem. Highly recommend and would use him in the future.

Mike did much electrical work for my commercial building. I called on him over an over because of his skills, organization, competence, and reliability. I'm in a different line of work now, but I will always reach out to Spectrum first, and recommend anyone else to do the same.

I called their dispatch two seperate times hrs apart yesterday for service... no technician called me back. I called again this am third time. Finally get a call back, the tech said he was busy till 4, maybe I should call someone else. Horrid customer service.

A little on the high side

My first solar install and the installers did a great job along with respectful crew as well as great customer service by Chad who thoroughly explained everything that would take place with great customer service always answered any questions we had. Id highly recommend having solar installed great experience and overall satisfaction. Thanks

John was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable, he walked me though plans best for us. If I need services again, I will request John!

Marcus replaced my entire Panel and electrical input for a very fair price. He worked around my busy schedule with lots of contractors coming in and out and got the work done before I needed to move in! Marcus was a great guy and I would recomend him for your more intensive electrical needs.

The electrician showed up right on time, wore a mask the entire time, was very friendly and knowledgeable. The light fixtures he installed look great and out light switches work perfectly.

The work order apparently did not match my invoice so the tech had to come back to finish the job. They scheduled an appointment, then changed it 3 times by text. And then, when the appointment time passed, they were going to reschedule for the following week! When I objected, the tech was able to come on the scheduled day - of course later in the day. The work was done very well - the problem was with the management.

As You Wish Electric rewired our 1942 house to replace the original knob and tube wiring. I think it was a bigger job than they anticipated, but they got it done and were courteous throughout. Ernie, Ty, and team were great and seem very knowledgeable. They worked some long days to get our job done. They even figured out some weird wiring that the previous owner had DIYed. The electrical works, and we have the peace of mind that our wiring is safe and up to code now. Minus 1 star because a few things got thrown away that shouldn't have - spare parts to our new ceiling fans and some of the drywall pucks that we needed in order to patch the holes in the walls. Other than that, great experience from start to finish.

I was excited to work with West Seattle Electric and Solar on a rewire of my house. Ryan came out to do a walkthrough and was very friendly, helpful, and thorough. He said to expect an estimate within a week.

Unfortunately that estimate never came through. I called to ask about it a week and a half after the walkthrough and was told that Ryan hadn't added any notes about his walkthrough to their system for processing. Ok, fine, no big deal. The woman I spoke with said she'd call me back the next day. She never did.

I called the office several more times, leaving voicemails, hoping to get a bid for the work and they never picked up or returned my calls. I assume they're just super busy and didn't intentionally ghost me but this has left me feeling pretty disappointed.

So in spite of the fact that OHM electric overcharged for invoices the last time we hired them and we finally had to call to get them to straightened out the matter before paying, against my better judgement I hired Ohm again. I will say Alfred is a fairly competent electrician but Ian the guy who books the appointments and does the billing proved to be an absolutely nightmare, who can not be trusted with the truth. Please note that fact in that any response to this review by Ian will certainly be a misrepresentation .

So I scheduled the service at my address on line through their web site and then by calling. Both times I gave him my address and confirmed it. Then the night before they were suppose to come, all of a sudden he sends a text to my son, cancelling the appointment, because he alleges that we did not confirm the address for yet again, a third time,!

Apparently Ian sent an email which I did not notice wanting a third confirmation He triumphantly cancelled the appointment, even though he could have just taken the time to text or call to confirm the address if he still had doubts. Well we took off that morning to await them at the project and suddenly we got noticed that they was not going to show up. I feel like charging him for my time,

When I complained about his sudden cancellation, he told me I was unprofessional! Now that is an oxymoron if anything not only because all the unprofessional behavior was on the part of Ian whose tone was increasingly arrogant but the fact that he was the professional doing the business, and I was simply a customer who had given him all the contact info he needed if he had any questions,

So after unprofessionally cancelling the service on a whim, I decided never ever to use this company again, a fact I conveyed to them in no uncertain terms. There are in fact lots of other professional electricians that show up on time and don't try to shift the blame on to the customer after mistakes of their own making!

Great experience! Chad spent about an hour and fixed the problem with our lighting (which has been on going for a few years now). He also explained each part that he was checking and what each component did, in a way that I could understand it.
