The service provider was abrasive and pushy. There was a 3% additional fee for using a credit card which ended up being an extra $10. So in the end it cost us $276 to replace a faulty thermostat.

Also, for a business which calls itself 24/7 Electrical it isn't very aptly named. It took 2 or 3 days for them to send someone out here. I was originally planning to have them install track lighting in my place, but I realized it probably wasn't worth dealing with them after the first 5 minutes of interaction.

We had a great experience with All Wire Electric. The entire team was very responsive, reliable and easy to work with from start to finish. We will definitely request their service again for future projects.

Elijah, Came out to my residence and did a phenomenal job. My sink and my bathtub were clogged up. Elijah unclog them and put a shower head in my shower. Elijah fixed everything within a half an hour. The communication from the office to Elijah was very professional. Lander Electric has a range of services most electrical contractors don't. They wire new construction for all electrical systems, but also install custom lighting, lighting control systems, home audio/video, and home security systems (they don't offer security monitoring though). Not the cheapest electricians, but the work and the customer service were great.

Requested to install NEMA 14-50 plug for EV charging. If I didn't ask first, electrician would install non gfci breaker when gfci is now required by the code. I would not pass the inspection. He did not have parts so job needs to be rescheduled. I was never contacted back.
This company does the very basic install, and if you want to customize it a little (like recess the outlet) they would not bother.
I ended up pulling the permit and doing all the work myself. $60 in parts (I hardwired charging station instead) and 2 hours of work. My quote was $700-800 plus tax and permit for the plug, they do not hardwire.
Very unprofessional for what you pay.

Came same day when I was expecting to wait weeks before getting someone out. They figured out my problem and made the necessary repairs, quickly & easily. I will used them again when I finally get an electric car charger installed.

We called for service on Monday - They came out Tuesday and did the work on our gas line for our range/stove flawlessly. Tyler is such a positive and sincere young man - he looked at what was needed and got right to it. My wife and I will be repeat customers without hesitation.

I was reccomended to Mister Sparky from one of my buddies. I just moved to Seattle so and have never needed an electrician before but the guys were great. Really professional and clean. Totally recommend them.

Power went out on about 2/3 of the house the evening of December 23. Called Eugene, the owner on the business line, he said he'd send guys out next day (Christmas Eve). They arrived before 10 am, diagnosed the problem--lost power in one line that comes into the house (a Seattle City Light problem)--then spent over an hour reworking the box so we could maximize whatever power that was left. Ended up with power to the furnace, refrigerators and freezers and modem. Will get us through Christmas when we can get SCL to fix the line itself.

It is supposed to drop to 10 F soon. A wife, two kids and a dog--would not have worked without heat. Great job. These are our new electricians, for sure!!

Part 2!! Couple months later, and pretty much the same thing happens last night. We call Eugene, and the next morning one of his guys (Jose) is at our house, diagnosing everything. This time, it wasn't the SCL connection, or the meter. It was the box itself. So we are getting a new one. Eugene has quoted us a price that is literally a quarter of the price we've had quoted to us by a large company for the same kind of box. Ridiculous. But we aren't complaining, that's for sure.

These guys are responsive, friendly, competent and well priced. That is not always an easy combination to find, to put it mildly. 5 stars, no question.
