Best Remodels Construction in Seattle WA

My outdoor faucet was leaking because of the winter freeze. They were really good fast and professional. Replaced the outdoor faucet in around 1 hour.

Don’t waste your time. They scheduled an appointment for estimate to change out an outlet for range conversion, technician no-showed 1st appointment. When I called the office Kayla informed me Shane had called out sick and she failed to call me to cancel. I gave them another chance, waited 2 weeks for an afternoon appointment and Kayla called me today to reschedule again. I currently have 2 weeks till my appliance delivery and Lander can’t work me in to their schedule leaving me to find another electrician on short notice. Utter waste of time dealing with this firm.

Called for a ring doorbell installation. Also found out that an electrical switch was malfunctioning. The technician took time to troubleshoot the problem and came back with a brand new switch and replaced it without charging me extra. Very reasonable prices and will not try to advantage of people like me, whom aren’t electrical inclined.

Grant is fantastic. He’s reliable and does great work. He doesn’t rush through jobs. He takes his time and gets it right the first time. He’s also super polite and professional. He really paid attention to our needs and was willing to work with us on any request. His prices are very fair for the quality of work. His attention to detail was very much appreciated. I’m just so happy we found him!! 10/10!

These guys are fast and efficient. Eugene gave me great advice over the phone, and Roberto came and installed a dedicated circuit for my server rack in record time. Super respectful of our high covid risk - Roberto had a quality N95 when he arrived - and everything was put back exactly as he found it. A+!

Power went out at my apartment after a short buzzing sound and half of my place lost power, including my heater. It was late on Sunday, so I was thinking to get someone first thing Monday morning.
I called couple of different electricians and couldn’t get anyone to come in till a week or two.
Then I called Galaxy Electric and Solar.
They were also super booked, but they found the time to come and check what was wrong at my place. They were able to fix it the very same day in a record time. I was absolutely blown away with their professionalism, willingness to help and ability to do a great job in a quick, effective and clean way. Needless to say, they were lifesavers, thank you Galaxy Electric!
I would absolutely recommend their services and if needed will use in the future.

Had a great experience working with Joe! We had researched several electricians and Joe had the most affordable diagnostic rate and also the earliest date available to come fix our issues. We had a ceiling light that wasn't working, a bathroom light fixture that was flickering and a garage door that wasn't opening. Turns out the ceiling light just had a bad bulb - Joe was super understanding about it and didn't charge us extra for figuring that out. Patiently answered all our questions, very friendly and professional to work with. Definitely recommend Joe!

We are so glad that we selected Raincap for our project. We originally spoke to several contractors, and while Raincap was not the least expensive quote we received, they weren’t the most expensive either. We just felt like Chris really understood our project, was very enthusiastic and we very much felt like we could trust him. No regrets at all. Once the project began, things went smoothly. We did uncover lots of surprises in our older home, and it is construction so we did have the occasional minor issue but the Raincap team never hesitated to do whatever was needed to make it right. Raincap’s people are the best - from the employees to the subs to the management team, we really loved everyone we worked with. We finished the project mostly on budget (we added some scope after we started), and we finished within the time window Chris gave us upfront even with our changes. Remodels are difficult to live through, so we’re very happy to finished. But also just very happy we chose Raincap, they are the best!

Deb and her team are AMAZING!!!!! The minute I spoke with them, I could tell that they were going to be incredibly thorough. If I had concerns or additional requests, they were able to make it happen and it was seamless. I couldn't be more happy with the work they did. They were super fair with their pricing too. I always hear stories of how electrical and plumbing can run up pretty quick, so I was holding my breath. But Deb was transparent through out the process and made it easy for me to make the right choices. I am so grateful and hope to use them again!

A little on the high side

I am a homeowner looking for a reputable and responsive electrician to diagnose and repair a simple issue. Trying to be scheduled was the first challenge, every electrician is busy, and not being home was an additional problem.
BOWIE scheduled me within 10 days, and came out sooner. The problem was simple, and rectified in a fair amount of time. The tech called me to tell me what he had to do, to get everything up and running.

Konsker is fantastic. Reliable, knowledgeable, & responsive. Our power went out in over 1/2 of our condo late Saturday night. Flipping the breakers did nothing. Even waited a few mins & tried again. Still nothing. I texted them and he called just a couple of minutes later. Gave me advice on what to try & let him know if it didn’t work. It worked! They literally saved the day as our condo is 10 degrees hotter than outside w/o the AC, & forecast was for 85, & we’ve got pets.

I had a new light fixture installed in the living room and 2 other light fixtures moved to a different location in the other rooms. Andrew was very professional, he verified where the studs where located and installed the box next to stud in the ceiling. He only cut the ceiling where he needed to thus reducing the ceiling repair work. I had him change the old light switches and install new dimmer switches as well. He spent the whole day to do the work which I felt could have been done in a shorter amount of time but looking back at the amount of work he did I now think it was fair. However I was surprised he didn't tell me that he had to come back to install arc fault breakers and I only found out after calling the office. Overall the quality of work was very good (compared to other electricians I have used in the past), communication can be improved and I will use their services again and do recommend.

We had Chad fully replace our breaker panel. He also added an outlet, blocked out an unused one and installed a light and switch. We previously had an issue with our house being ungrounded so He made sure to ground anything that could have a current and added two grounding rods. He was very professional, on time and had great communication. He was very polite, very detailed in his work and made sure everything was done properly. He cleaned up after himself and was just overall the most professional we have dealt with. He will be who we call in the future for work with our electrical.
