Best plumbers in town!!! I recommend them over everybody hands down!!! Call 2 sons first!! Don’t waste your time, energy, or money anywhere else!! I will never go anywhere else for plumbing in the Wa area!! I recommend you do the same!! Had a major leak in a pipe underneath the house for months! Had to turn the water on and off. Called them for An estimate didn’t have all the money so I rescheduled.A major expense came up in the in between time so I was a lil short on the full amount. I asked if there was any way we could work out a payment arrangement where I pay 95% up front and the remaining 5% on a later date. Mike came out knocked the job out in a hour and even after getting his clothes dirty from crawling in the Little crawl space to fix our leak he gave me the greatest deal I could ever have asked for so much so that I begged him to accept a tip and he refused. He literally just gave me the biggest break all year because honestly I was penny pinching just to get it done. I was so grateful I sat there for a second after he left thinking of another way I could possibly repay them and the only thing that popped in my head was to write a review and recommend them to everybody I know. Mind you I’ve never wrote a review before in my life and told myself I never would That’s how much this experience meant to me. Thanks again!! 2 son’s Plumbing!! And a special thanks to Mike!! My problem was fixed in an hour!

Air went out. Tech came by check it out. Found the problem/ quoted repairs / had parts on the truck and performing a coil cleaning as it was restricting airflow. Fixed it! I was hot now I’m cold and happy

I received my service back in September (9/26/18) but I wanted to make sure I gave Dylan (and Austin) my review. First thing I appreciated was the fact that Dylan (who is the owner) is the one that picked up the phone. We had a brief conversation about what I needed which immediately made me feel better about choosing his company over the others. I've called several locations and they were either voicemails or receptionists. I either never heard back from the places I left a message with or I needed to make a deposit or setup an appointment for consultation which was anywhere from a month to six months. This would have been my first time using an electrician so I had no idea if any work was going to be done during a consultation. I wasn't even sure if any work needed to be done so it would have been unfortunate to pay a deposit only to lose it. Dylan was able to schedule me in three weeks and when he arrived for the scheduled time, he was prompt (7:30am!) and he got to work immediately. We did a walk through, he surveyed what needed to be done and completed the job in an hour or so. The pricing was what I was hoping for and I thought was great. He is very friendly, respectful and honest. I really appreciated how candid he was. I didn't setup my appointment when I initially spoke with Dylan and it was a little challenging to confirm an appointment afterward. However, if I recall, it was just him and Austin working and operating the business at the time so I can imagine it gets difficult to keep up with scheduling. It was worth the wait and I was happy with the service. I will definitely be requesting my future electrical needs with Dylan. Thanks so much!

Requested a quote to do a furnace replacement and add air conditioning. The second person we talked with said they would call even if the owner did not want to do the work. Clerk lady said owner would offer some alternative people to bid the job if they passed on it. Week plus later no response or call back as promised. Don't waste your time with this company.

I highly recommend Joe and he was able to resolve my bathroom fan connection issues efficiently and quickly.

The electrician was very professional in making sure he was diagnosing the problem correctly and when the replacement part was not available, he went ahead and fixed it for me, and even dropped it off the next day! I really appreciated his helpfulness and professionalism. He really took the extra step to help me fix the problem!

Andrew got here on time, was kind, and did amazing work. He was efficient, and did an awesome job of cleaning up. I highly recommend Exact Electric!

So in spite of the fact that OHM electric overcharged for invoices the last time we hired them and we finally had to call to get them to straightened out the matter before paying, against my better judgement I hired Ohm again. I will say Alfred is a fairly competent electrician but Ian the guy who books the appointments and does the billing proved to be an absolutely nightmare, who can not be trusted with the truth. Please note that fact in that any response to this review by Ian will certainly be a misrepresentation .

So I scheduled the service at my address on line through their web site and then by calling. Both times I gave him my address and confirmed it. Then the night before they were suppose to come, all of a sudden he sends a text to my son, cancelling the appointment, because he alleges that we did not confirm the address for yet again, a third time,!

Apparently Ian sent an email which I did not notice wanting a third confirmation He triumphantly cancelled the appointment, even though he could have just taken the time to text or call to confirm the address if he still had doubts. Well we took off that morning to await them at the project and suddenly we got noticed that they was not going to show up. I feel like charging him for my time,

When I complained about his sudden cancellation, he told me I was unprofessional! Now that is an oxymoron if anything not only because all the unprofessional behavior was on the part of Ian whose tone was increasingly arrogant but the fact that he was the professional doing the business, and I was simply a customer who had given him all the contact info he needed if he had any questions,

So after unprofessionally cancelling the service on a whim, I decided never ever to use this company again, a fact I conveyed to them in no uncertain terms. There are in fact lots of other professional electricians that show up on time and don't try to shift the blame on to the customer after mistakes of their own making!
