Best Outlet/GFCI’s in Seattle WA

Upgraded a 30 amp to 40 amp line and readied the wiring for a new cooktop and a new range hood. Ran a line through the crawlspace. Great work! The electrical inspector came today and everything checked out fine!

Eco electric and plumping was great to work with. Over the phone, the appointment and updates about the appointment were clear and interactive (via text). At the appointment, I met with Nate who took the prioritized list of work I wanted to do to create an estimate. He gave me a few options to choose from based on the priority of the work. Nate was thoughtful, skilled, very knowledgeable and very friendly; and he had the ability to understand my highest priorities and my budget.I approved the estimate on site, and Nate worked for about 1/2 day to complete all the items. Overall, I would highly recommend Nate and Eco Electric and Plumping.

Great experience with a technician who diagnosed the problem quickly and offered several alternatives for addressing it, including the price of each item. Since some steps were things I felt I could do, I was able to save some money, though without a 10 year guarantee. I appreciated the transparency in the pricing and there was no hard sell pressure from the technician, either. The visit also made me aware of things to consider in the next year or 2. I would not hesitate to call them again.

I called their dispatch two seperate times hrs apart yesterday for service... no technician called me back. I called again this am third time. Finally get a call back, the tech said he was busy till 4, maybe I should call someone else. Horrid customer service.

Mark my words.. whoever was driving neighborhood electric van number 20 on June 13th 2023 is going to kill someone with the way they were driving. If you looked up “road rage” in the dictionary, that person would be right there on the page. So incredibly unprofessional, unsafe and scary to be driving near on I5 northbound.

Wow - showed up same day even though booked for the rest of the month, they worked me in for an outdoor outlet repair that had melted. Turned out the former electrician hadn't tightened it down, but Jeff and Josh were awesome. They took the time to not only replace the outlet but also checked and found cuts in the wires, and then checked the entire breaker box just to make sure all was okay. Did I mention they showed up at the end of the day after doing dirty renovation work in 95 degree heat? Much appreciated and I believe I just found my future electrician for the rest of my needs. Thanks.

I highly recommend Kenan at AMS Electric. He was professional, reasonable and realistic about pricing. He did an excellent job replacing two panels, adding a hookup for our generator, replacing old outlets and installing recessed lighting. Also, and most importantly, he’s a truly nice person. Marcus is great to work with; quick, responsive, and efficient.
I called on a Thursday afternoon around 3:00PM - he was onsite less than an hour later to check out the project I had described over the phone.
He showed back up onsite the next day on Friday and completed the project perfectly and without issue in a single day.
He charged us a fair price and he will absolutely be my first call the next time we need any sort of electrical work done. Highly recommended

I should have paid closer attention to the negative reviews on Google and Yelp. One of my neighbors had recommended this company for an outlet installation, so I went ahead and setup an appointment for yesterday morning, even though I saw the many “ghosting” reviews. Owner/electrician Derek never bothered showing up. I sent several texts and called him several times, but received absolutely no response. I wasted my time yesterday as well as the last month since the appointment was made close to a month ago and I could’ve found another electrician in the meantime.

The only positive was the scheduling coordinator/assistant Monica. She was cordial and responsive through her e-mails, but she doesn’t make up for the lack of professionalism of the owner. I would stay away from this company if you value your time.

As a woman it's really hard to find honest contractors!!!
I had a simple question about installing new LED can lights to my existing units.
Wanting to do the right thing and call first, he was the only electrician who took the time to talk with me and assure me the way it had to be installed was correct and safe!! As a retired veteran honesty & integrity are Important to me, he showed both attributes right from the start! Honesty & kindness go a long way.
I will def call him for future work!

Made an appointment, they didn't show. I called and left a message, no call back. Won't try them again.
