All Wire was very responsive and the technician was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He installed an outside Ring light/camera next to the garage where there was no existing wiring. He also installed the Ring doorbell for me, something that I had been procrastinating for months. I'm very happy with their work and will definitely use them again.

I had posted a 1 star review due to cancellation of an appointment which was urgent to me (3 smoke detectors failing and screaming Fire! in the middle of the night and chirping low battery all day despite brand new batteries.)
The owner, Jim Kleiser, contacted me, determined to make things right.
He did.
Technician Scott came over after hours and did an excellent job of putting in new alarms.
This is a sign of a great company, active in resolving issues and keeping customers.

Energy Technologies did a fantastic job installing an efficient cost-effective heating and air-conditioning unit into my home. The follow up service was fabulous. I highly recommend them.

We are replacing our gas stove with an electric one and had to cap the gas line. Eco did a good job checking in with us before the appointment and we got a call when the tech was on the way. The tech sent out was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. In addition to capping the line, he answered all our questions about plumbing/gas, walked us through our system and helped raise the stove in preparation for it being hauled. Thanks Matt!

Probably the best home contractor experience I've had. Good listeners, clear communication, up-to-date knowledge, deep experience, a passion for creatively solving problems and respectful of clients. Its not every day you can find all that in one company. Everyone I've connected with there - Joe, Keith, Jenny - has been great.

While we didn't end up using Raincap for our electrical project, we had an excellent experience with them. They were professional when they came to our house for our quote, answered all of our questions, gave us a thorough and detailed bid, and followed up with us a couple of times. While I can't speak for their work specifically, they are a very pleasant company to work with.

FANTASTIC. I don't think if I had a family member who was an electrician, s/he would have been as friendly or as thorough.

I needed to remove a bunch of knob and tube in my new house. We had gotten other quotes from electricians who said $50k 30s after walking into the house (never once going into the attic). AYW quote spent an hour walking through our house making sure he really understood what we needed and what we wanted. He really listened. 20m later we had a quote and the next day the team showed up.

Journeyman Dave, Mark, and Alex were amazing! They worked with me to minimize the wall damage and answered all of my 'one more question.' They were courteous. And so good with my dog (making sure she had water all day). They cleaned up after themselves. They even left the porch light in case I got home after dark.

A little on the high side

These guys went above and beyond the work!

Besides installing outlets in my garage and replacing some outlets in my house, they gave me some great recommendations for future improvements to save on electricity.

They even helped me remove an old halogen light and replaced it with a more energy efficient lighting option!

After installing new siding on our home, we had an issue where a circuit breaker would constantly trip. This left us with no power to 1.5 of our 3 bedrooms. Within 48hrs, OHM was able to come on-site (free) and produce a quote to troubleshoot the issue. Not only did they provide the most detailed estimate of the contractors we had come on-site, Alfred also greatly impressed us with his willingness to explain the process and answer any questions.

A week later, we had Chris and Justin at our house performing the troubleshooting. Just like with Alfred, they were on time, extremely polite/professional, and very responsive to all of our questions, including some that extended beyond the current issue at hand. Alfred also stopped by halfway through the service call and was able to give us an impromptu walk-through of potential additional options to address a separate, underlying concern Chris and Justin had found. However, Alfred was also very pragmatic in making sure we didn't take on unnecessary cost/work as he actively sought to understand what our actual needs/goals would be in order to determine if the additional work was necessary. Oh, and did I fail to mention they found the issue and fixed it in the same visit, not causing us to incur any additional charges from the troubleshooting quote (aside from materials)? =)

Overall, they were great, well priced, and very customer-centric. If/when we have any future electrician needs, we will be reaching back out to OHM and happily recommending them to others.

*NOTE: Our home is from the '40s with a LOT of unique electrical design choices that OHM had to overcome, further adding value to the service they provided!
