Best Lighting Installation in Seattle WA

I had a mostly negative experience with 24/7 Electric. I contracted them install 3 240V breakers; they sent a tech out to inspect and quoted me $1300. That's steep for what is essentially a 2 hour job with minimal parts and an easy DIY, but I bit the bullet, since I didn't want to learn the electrical code required for the installation. After scheduling an install, the tech arrived on time, but didn't have the equipment necessary for the job, despite the panel being inspected in advance, so he had to leave and come back later. Once the work was completed, it failed inspection because the installed breakers were not GFI protected, a requirement to the electrical code that came out 2 years prior. The company worked quickly to reschedule but had to make multiple trips out because they kept buying the wrong breakers. Once the correct breakers were installed, I waited a week for the company to reschedule another inspection but they never contacted me, so I had to reach out myself. Normally, I would be ok with all of this, but what I found the most insulting and unprofessional was the additional bill I received for over $500 because the newer breakers that were up to code were pricey and the company passed the cost on to me. Charging the customer more because you, the company, made a mistake by not knowing the electrical code (the whole reason I'm paying you in the first place) is highly unprofessional; had I been given the correct estimate up-front, I would not have accepted 24/7's bid and would have done the work myself. I am giving 2 stars because the work that was actually done was done well. The conduit and boxes used were installed neatly. The company was also easy to get a hold of and communicated scheduling clearly.

We had two bulbs that were out in an over head chandelier in our dining room. We had an electrician from All Wire come out to check it out. After taking the chandelier down he concluded that the problem was electrical within the unit and was not worth repairing. He suggested we order a new unit and he we would be back to install it when we did. My wife made if clear that she would have preferred to have the light reinstalled until the new unit arrived. I could tell the electrician wasn't enthused about putting this heavy chandelier back up in ceiling, so I sided with him. (Not a happy wife.)
The new chandelier arrived and I called All Wire to install the unit. They told me they were booked and could do it until next year. I tried to point out that this was a continuation of job that had already been started. No dice. The manager said she would talk to the electrician and see if he would come out on Saturday. Haven't heard a thing.
I suggest you look elsewhere for your electrical needs. I will leave it that.

Won a coupon for these people and have zero use for it so I figured I'd give them at least a 3 star because they advertised where I was able to use my points for a drawing

George came over to our house within a day to fix our broken light fixture that was hanging from the ceiling. He was a very professional and knowledgeable electrician!

I waited a month for my appointment and they did not show up, nor did they respond to an email or a phone call. They are so busy, that they can treat people so poorly.

When it comes to electrical problems I don't even want to think about what to or what the problem is so I call Mister Sparky every time I have an electrical issue and they always show up when they say they will, none of that between 9 and 3 bologna. I always know I can relax when I call Mister Sparky.

Don’t waste your time. They scheduled an appointment for estimate to change out an outlet for range conversion, technician no-showed 1st appointment. When I called the office Kayla informed me Shane had called out sick and she failed to call me to cancel. I gave them another chance, waited 2 weeks for an afternoon appointment and Kayla called me today to reschedule again. I currently have 2 weeks till my appliance delivery and Lander can’t work me in to their schedule leaving me to find another electrician on short notice. Utter waste of time dealing with this firm.

I was referred to Brennan for some minor electrical work and I was very disappointed in the lack of customer care I received from both the electricial department and electrician. I had to call several times to get my appointment scheduled in the first place. When I finally got an appointment scheduled, I was given a 2 hour window of when the electrician would arrive. After not showing up w/ in the 2 hr time frame I called the main office to get an update. Was told he was on his way. An hour later I called again and couldn’t reach anyone and left a voicemail. Almost 2 hour after my 2 hr scheduled window he arrived. It took him longer to ring up my charges than it did to fix the problem...$200 later. I am only giving one star for actually completing work!!!

We had quite a few issues. The technician not only fixed all of them he followed up the next day to ensure we had connected with a resource that would fix a problem that was not even within his scope of work. Professional, articulate, responsive and knowledgeable.

I have worked with a lot of contractors and professional services and it is very refreshing to work with people who provide a quality customer service in addition to their professional expertise.

Came same day when I was expecting to wait weeks before getting someone out. They figured out my problem and made the necessary repairs, quickly & easily. I will used them again when I finally get an electric car charger installed.

Excellent communication and service. Al received my referral from PSE and called me the same day. Tech gave me a quote the next day, and I had a new furnace installed the day after. Price was good. Technicians were professional, skilled, courteous, tidy and thorough. Fine service all around!

The outside lighting was installed properly and beyond our expectations. They made an attempt to understand our project requirements, and their proposals were returned quickly. The installers arrived on time, did an excellent job, and were courteous.

You couldn't ask for better work and service. Men were on time, knowledgeable, pleasant and tidy. The new lighting indoors and out is just what we wanted.

On the job today was Jonathan who did a terrific job. He was here at 7:00 as promised and gave us the new lighting is that we needed.

Seriously, I am just sooooo lucky to find Andrey as my electrician. My kitchen light was getting dimmed whenever my microwave was in use. And also I wasn't able to use microwave whenever my portable AC was on - My newly installed microwave was drawing too much power. I was looking for a very specific Google review (not the generic ones) and came across with Andrathon Electrical LLC which I found many reviewers were sharing their detailed experience. (Thank you, reviewers!) Andrey was able to propose with simple solution which I was able to save the cost. He was able to switch the line with my dishwasher which I don't use and hook up the line with my microwave so that microwave use is no longer combined with other line that are already connected with so many other electrical devices. Not only that, the work actually was lot more complicated and took longer than what was expected (due to the complexity) at the beginning, but he still honored the original quoted price. I highly recommend Andrey and his team!

Grant came out to switch my panel and install a few pendant lights, and he did an amazing job! I will definitely call him again in the future as well as refer him to all of my friends.

Great commercial facility work. Clean and efficient without wasting time or materials. I certainly recommend and they’ll be my first call when electrical work is needed.
