The day of the actual fix, I really appreciated the clear communication at each stage of the process, backing up each of his claims using data and showing me the results from his diagnostic procedures throughout it all - not to mention the level of professionalism and clear documentation of each step from the entire team at Seatown from start to finish. They also had parts readily available on hand which removed any stress of needing to wait for delivery on additional parts for follow up repairs. On top of that, Seatown had appointment availability on short notice at a time when other services were booking about a month out, amazing given the stress around our timeline. Highly recommend Michael and the team!

This should be a zero star review. My first review did not post, so here's what happened: we ran into an emergency situation where my heater would not run (I have two small boys) I called this company at 12:40 pm. They said a tech would call me. I called back at 1:40 pm, and was told a tech would call me. I called back at 5:30, 6:30 and 9:30. Nothing. I asked them not to come at this point.
I called this company back this morning hoping they would, make right what was wrong, a quote from their responses to these reviews Instead I was told, we're not going to be doing work for you. We don't work on Sundays. Well their answering service told me they did. So please, for your own sanity go elsewhere. These guys are absolutely awful, and beyond rude, in fact Tyler told me I

Quickly resolved issues and communicated promptly.

Had several items to take care of: added outlet under sink for plug in garbage disposal, replaced bathroom fans and changed a few light switches. Professional workmanship including cleanup!

Jeff and Ben rewired our 1924 home, ridding it of all knob and tube and we couldn’t be happier. They took great care in minimizing damage to our walls, significantly less than what we expected and what we were told by other contractors.

Each day they were great in cleaning up work areas, as well as answering all our questions and keeping us informed if they found any areas Jeff felt needed more attention; he is very knowledgeable.

I appreciated the care they took in being aware of out two indoor cats as they entered and exited our home while working, never once did a cat escape.

We felt very comfortable with them, there were times we left them alone in our home with no concerns.
