Owners are invested in making it right by the customer. I had a negative experience a few months ago and reviewed with a lower star-rating. I received a phone call in under twenty minutes asking about the issue with service, how they could help. Owner listened to my story and I received a heartfelt apology. Actual plumbing services are sound and they would have reached out sooner had there not been an internal email error on their end which is now fixed. Thanks guys!

I called several heating and air establishments in need of a new furnace and air conditioning unit and Economy Wiring Company had the best offer by far. Economy Wiring exceeded all expectations and did a fantastic job. Workers were here on the job everyday they said they would be, very friendly, and did a very professional job. Best of all I love my new furnace and look forward to using my air conditioner this summer. Great experience all around!

We are very grateful we found Energy Technologies. They removed our old oil burning furnace and installed a top line heat pump and air handler for heating and cooling. They did a thorough assessment of our needs and explained all the possible options and costs. They worked long hours to get the equipment installed and the electrical work completed and connected so we now have cool air as we enter our 2nd unprecedented heat wave of the summer. My furnace was out during a freeze right before the holidays. I called and Luanne was super nice and gave me advice on what to check on before making an appt. After I followed her advice to defrost an outlet pipe my furnace worked fine. Thanks so much!

Had an appointment to have a fixture replaced. An hour before the scheduled time, got a text message saying their technician was still at his 1st call and they’d be late. Then received a call from Elizabeth saying they cant make it in and I’ll need to reschedule. Ok fine. I rescheduled for another day. When that day comes, same thing happens. Only I had to call to ask where the technician was since he was alreay 2 hrs late. Elizabeth again apologizes and askes me to reschedule again for the following day. If you achedule with this conpany, make sure you have alot of time to take off work. Seems like their technicians only do 1 call the whole day…makes them look like they dont know what they’re doing. Id suggest finding someone else.

Matt and his crew did an amazing Ductless System install in my home. They were on time, very courteous and showed awesome customer service. Left no mess for me to clean and no dry wall repair is needed! Would definitely recommend them for any of your installation needs. Thanks so much!

With out-of-town guests staying with us over Thanksgiving, we were already overloading our circuits a couple of days ahead of time, and were nervous that our dinner preparations for 10 guests on Thanksgiving Day might wreak total havoc on the electrical system. Ed answered the phone when I called, and while he was booked up with installation work prior to Thanksgiving, he did carve out time to come out to our house that same day to make sure we weren't going to burn our house down, and to give us tips about how to put less pressure on different points throughout the system. Ed was knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, and ultimately reassuring. We now know more about our home's aging electrical system, and are confident that we can have a safe Thanksgiving gathering here. We will definitely call him again when the need arises.

Our standby generator was having problems and nobody else was willing to even look at repairing it. W E Electric was able to quickly identify the issues and get us up and running again.
