Overall company was very professional. Met with Jim Hohenstein, he said he would do something and flaked out on me. Called him many times only to be blown off. In my book if you say your going to do something and then just flake off, your a low down rake!

I was impressed by the Galaxy teams' expertise and efficiency. They are truly good people who do good work.

I setup an initial consultation/quotation visit with these guys as I needed to get power outside our house to install a security camera. Dave arrived on time to discuss my project and was extremely professional and friendly. We identified three options, including drilling into the house from the outside and junctioning into the existing electrical network, installing a new external outlet, or wiring the camera into our garage where we have existing outlets. He walked me through the pros and cons of each option and was very candid in his assessment. He then suggested the third option as being the easiest and least intrusive/expensive. Even though the appointment was just an initial visit and not actually when the work was to be performed, he ended up helping me out and finishing the installation free of charge as a neighborly gesture. I was very impressed and would highly recommend anyone to consult with them for electrical needs. I'll certainly call them again if I need something in the future!

Conner came out today and killed it for me! He was on time, super professional, and got right to work. He explained to me everything that could’ve tripped me up, and then fixed it all up quickly. Highly recommend Eco to friends and family, and to anyone else looking!

In short, my electrician was very professional, gave me lots of options to choose from, and his work passed an inspection without any issues.

However, the office was a little all over the place. The scheduled my first appointment when my electrician was already fully booked for the day, so no one showed up, instead they had to reschedule it for the next day. The office also lost my information, so I had to call them multiple times before they figured out who I am.

Then, later, they scheduled an inspection on one day, but no one showed up again, and instead an inspector showed up randomly at my place a week later with no notice.

Luckily, I am working from home so none of these issues were actually an issue for me; but if you have to take time off for your appointment - you might be better off elsewhere.

I could not be happier with my experience working with Ohm Electrical. I had a pretty massive knob & tube wire removal project for my home and they:

- came in with a bid that was HALF the cost of the two other bids i received
- completed the work exactly on time and at a high quality
- ended up costing even less b/c they identified work in the original bid that wasn't ultimately required
- communicated well the entire time

I also requested a quote a while back for my kitchen remodel and really wanted to go with Ohm Electrical but the general contractor I hired recommended his own guy. I regret not pushing to go with Ohm on that one!

I have used Chad twice to work on electrical items around my house and have been pleased with his quick and dependable work! He was open about explaining what was being done and even check other electrical questions I had, that were not part of the original call. I would recommend Chad with no reservations based on the two times I have had him come out! Quick, professional and personable.
