Hired this company to clean up a mess that our previous Electrical Contractor (Palmore Electric) created for us.

Had one of these pick-ups almost hit my wife and I in a crosswalk at one of the turnabouts at the Landing in Renton today 6/9/18. I told him to watch out for people. He got mad and actually put the truck in reverse and backed up to confront me..... I did not get a chance to get the license plate of this truck before my wife yanked me into a resteraunt. But guy was bald and red faced. All wire electric decals all over, white f-250. Probably the same lunatic as the reviewer before me.

Super quick to come fix my problems. The technicians are really friendly and knowledgeable.

Great communication and execution. Bobby explained what would be done and gave specifics on how things would be done including routing of cables and placement of wall and ceiling penetrations and boxes for the installation of an air conditioning system. He and Josh made certain that everything was complete before they left, and they didn't leave a mess. They opted to do things right over doing things the easiest way. The result is a functioning system without a negative appearance. Great work! And done with a smile.

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT
1) Maybe my fault, maybe theirs - We have a stairwell light that has 3 switches (top, front door, downstairs). After opening up and attempting to get some power to a room through the bottom light switch, we went another route. But now the top and front light switches only work if the downstairs switch is on.
It doesn't seem likely that the house was built stupidly, and also I never noticed this weird behavior for 13 years, so I mean... This seems more likely that it was this event. Occam's Razor

When I called him he was VERY confident, and a little impatient, that it could even be conceivable that when he shoved it all back in, maybe something happened.

I don't think I'm a complaining male Karen when I say that $1,200 for easy work, and I had to race to the store because they didn't have a decent amount of basic electrician supplies, AND they didn't know what the job was before they arrived, seems a bit pricey if you ALSO won't drive spend 7 minutes to drive 20 blocks, and 5 minutes just to make sure your customer is satisfied isn't how I run my businesses.
Even if the customer is an uneducated jackass. Just ABSOLUTELY ensure your quality and customer satisfaction, even if it's annoying for the HUGE time investment of 22 minutes.

2) They insisted on coming at 8:30 AM, even though I asked many times for an appointment later in the day. I work nights. So I got 45 minutes of sleep because they wouldn't budge.
Uh??? Do you stop work at 10AM? Or could you have actually done ANY other jobs first, so I could sleep?
To be clear, I said 3 times that I would wait for weeks or even over a month for a visit, if it could just be later in the day.

3) Initially talked to the old veteran guy. Explained everything to him. You'd expect he was taking notes or actually listening. But, then I get a surprise when they sent some young guy.
Who didn't have any idea what they job was...
Or what supplies he could bring (replace light fixture, misc stuff) Or even have a bunch of basic electrician stuff. More than just ONE ight switch, zero outlet covers??? Because, you know... You're electricians? Lol.

4) I had to initially call them twice and leave a message to get a callback.

He really seemed to be trying to solve problems and stay productive when I had to go get the hardware myself

I purchased a very old home and finding a reliable electrician has been difficult! Reign City was the third electrician we worked with. While they discovered more items for our “to be repaired list” I ended the day with some major problems fixed, a clear idea of how to improve safety, and a smile on my face. These humans SAVED OUR ELECTRIC BUTTS!!!!! Our house literally almost burned down after the city came to install one of their, manditorily, new smart meters. We woke up to a burning smell and no electricity to half the house. The city came cut the line that fed us from the street in the dead of winter. Enter Expert Electric! They came in speedily with thier creativity and know how. Solutions were agreed upon and the work was done.
Since then we have engaged their services for our ductless heater and electric car charger.
Simply can not recommend them enough.

I was in need of an electrician and I searched on Google. One of the companies that came up was this company, which caught my eye because they had good reviews. When the electrician came to my home, he was courteous and knew what he was doing. The socket and switch repair ended up being quite affordable and well worth it!

Galaxy Electric was very responsive! They came and repaired and issue with lights the same day for my business and were very professional! I would highly recommend!

They even made it possible for me to add on more projects I wanted done throughout .Their prices are un beatable to any other bids I got. They made sure to ask me through the process making sure I was happy with all the outcomes. They made everything look amazing and way above any expectation i had. We have a Monessen gas fireplace, purchased from and installed by a local company, that was not working properly. Because the company that we purchased it from had proved its incompetence in both installing and servicing the unit, when it began to malfunction - turning off after as little as a few minutes - I wanted to find a repair service that was more competent and reliable. After calling a number of places and being told that “we only service what we sell,” “we don’t service that brand,” or, “we’re happy to help you, but our first available appointment is four months out,” I struck upon Economy Wiring and Tyler Tillman. Tyler was fantastic - he was able to successfully diagnose the problem and repair our fireplace and did it in a timely fashion. Although it took two trips (not his fault but mine) to get it to 100%, at no time did I question his ability to get the job done or his competence in doing so. If you have a need for a gas fireplace repair, I would highly recommend Economy Wiring. I’ve dealt with a lot of technicians and repair people over the years, and none of them were more capable than Tyler. And based on my experience, I have to believe that everyone at Economy Wiring is cut from that same rare cloth. Highly recommended.

Estimator and work crew were professional, friendly, fast and knowledgeable. Had a sub-panel installed in my shop and they did a great job start to finish. Saved to my favorites so I can call them up next time I need electrical work.

I setup an initial consultation/quotation visit with these guys as I needed to get power outside our house to install a security camera. Dave arrived on time to discuss my project and was extremely professional and friendly. We identified three options, including drilling into the house from the outside and junctioning into the existing electrical network, installing a new external outlet, or wiring the camera into our garage where we have existing outlets. He walked me through the pros and cons of each option and was very candid in his assessment. He then suggested the third option as being the easiest and least intrusive/expensive. Even though the appointment was just an initial visit and not actually when the work was to be performed, he ended up helping me out and finishing the installation free of charge as a neighborly gesture. I was very impressed and would highly recommend anyone to consult with them for electrical needs. I'll certainly call them again if I need something in the future!
