The technician was very unprofessional to deal with. He was resistant to my polite request to wear a mask inside my house. His first response was to deny that COVID exists and question me on why I was even requesting a mask. He asserted (incorrectly) that it wasn't legal for me to request a mask inside my home. When he did finally wear it, it was under his nose, defeating the purpose.

Secondly, I paid $217 for a one hour visit. At the time of scheduling the company's email to me explicitly stated that the visit would include troubleshooting and minor repairs. The issue turned out to be a faulty GFCI outlet which the tech diagnosed within 10 mins. He didn't bring a spare one with him, so he couldn't do the repair within that visit. If they make claims that minor repairs can be done as part of the visit, the techs should carry at least basic parts with them. I can't think of a more minor electric repair than an outlet replacement. Due to this omission on their part, I am forced to spend on another visit just to get the outlet replaced.

When I tried to discuss the issue with the management on the phone, the tech continually interrupted me saying I was trying to get him into trouble. He banged his iPad on my glass dining table. At that point, being uncomfortable with his aggressive behavior, I politely requested him to wait outside. He decided to leave instead.

I also found the management very unprofessional to deal with. They made assumptions about my intent and, instead of responding to my actual questions, got rude with me. I ended up taking my business elsewhere for the repair work.

Fast service, great customer service. when we had an emergency they were out here in a decent manner (During the Covid-19) can't complain with this company at all.

I called 4 other companies before calling Mr. Electric. 3 didn't answer the phone and the 4th was a jerk and hung up on me. Mr. Electric came out the same day, fixed my problem and was out of there. All under 4 hours from my initial contact. Amazing company!!

George came over to our house within a day to fix our broken light fixture that was hanging from the ceiling. He was a very professional and knowledgeable electrician!

Planned out a project with Jesus for a significant overhaul of the knob and tube wiring in my house. He was very easy to work with and not only pointed out some concerns that needed to be addressed but offered ways to approach the project at a few different price points and stages. I plan to work with him on a separate project later in the year.

We ordered a gas fireplace insert from Economy Wiring. We are very pleased with the installation, service, and reliability of the unit. Our dog is especially fond of the heat it generates. It has a remote control and always works! Yes to Economy Wiring!

When it comes to electrical problems I don't even want to think about what to or what the problem is so I call Mister Sparky every time I have an electrical issue and they always show up when they say they will, none of that between 9 and 3 bologna. I always know I can relax when I call Mister Sparky.

Now nothing but complaints, the workers show up late with no call. Had to cancel due to Brennan crew not showing up in a timely manner. My original sales guy was wonderful. This time I had a J. Curdy, he explained nothing really as to why, or suggestions. Said it would be 14 thousand dollars, I said ok. Due to schedule of Drs we needed to pre arrange this to meet schedules. I paid I. Gull got AC install, I expected they would show. Which they did late, with no call to let anyone know they were going to be late. Acted as if it was no big deal. Again Brennan failed not just once, but twice. 20 days later I am Re signing refund papers! In 20 days billing couldn’t even get the proper number. My salesperson had made a human error on the refund amount. So for the second or so time I’ve signed for my refund. This has been going on for 20 days- I just want my money back. This should’ve been done and handled by now. Everyone has an excuse- I just want my $ back! They’ve got down hill tremendously. I wouldn’t use them at any of my homes ever again based up this experience. Please look at the recent reviews.

I needed some electrical works to be done in my basement so that I could install a pool there. Parahat is a wonderful, engaging and competent electrician. He explained to me in details what needed to be done in a concise and clear manner. Prices are reasonable, works was done on time. This group is AMAZING!!! We were beyond impressed by the professionalism, attentiveness, & ability of the Energy Technologies crew. We have an AC system which was installed by a DIFFERENT company about 2 years ago, which was not functioning properly. A total of 4 technicians from the OTHER company, over a 1 month period, had attempted to investigate the problem & were not able to identify the issue or figure out a solution. THANKFULLY, we found ENERGY TECHNOLOGIES & asked this group to take a look at our system & to help us out!!! The crew was able to schedule us for a next day visit. Martin went above & beyond to evaluate our system & was quickly able to identify the problem & come up with an effective solution. He even discussed other options to help enhance the efficiency of our cooling system in the future if needed. Martin & team took the time to really listen to our story & input. He was friendly & professional & extremely knowledgeable. He was not phased by our unusual case, and in fact mentioned that he had recently attended an educational conference which had helped him to address our problem! We are so happy with our experience! We definitely intend to rely upon this group for HVAC maintenance & any future issues. We highly recommend this group!

English isn't her first language and she is older, but all she needed done was to adjust the plug on a new stove she had received. This stove is equipped to be converted so the job shouldn't have taken more than an hour otherwise. They also claimed that they had done the conversions many times before.
They did not do it right the first time, and charged her again for the second visit.
This place is obviously a scam when you can company.
Do not use them. Save the harassment and your money.
