Justin and crew did an amazing job finding and repairing a leak in the wall below our kitchen. They also did a great job cleaning up any debris from the work. Highly recommended!

George came over to our house within a day to fix our broken light fixture that was hanging from the ceiling. He was a very professional and knowledgeable electrician!

Used them years ago, great service. No complaints.
Now nothing but complaints, the workers show up late with no call. Had to cancel due to Brennan crew not showing up in a timely manner. My original sales guy was wonderful. This time I had a J. Curdy, he explained nothing really as to why, or suggestions. Said it would be 14 thousand dollars, I said ok. Due to schedule of Drs we needed to pre arrange this to meet schedules. I paid I. Gull got AC install, I expected they would show. Which they did late, with no call to let anyone know they were going to be late. Acted as if it was no big deal. Again Brennan failed not just once, but twice. 20 days later I am Re signing refund papers! In 20 days billing couldn’t even get the proper number. My salesperson had made a human error on the refund amount. So for the second or so time I’ve signed for my refund. This has been going on for 20 days- I just want my money back. This should’ve been done and handled by now. Everyone has an excuse- I just want my $ back! They’ve got down hill tremendously. I wouldn’t use them at any of my homes ever again based up this experience. Please look at the recent reviews.

Professional. Efficient. Quality. Energy Tech installed a 3-zone Mitsubishi mini-split system in my home office and they did an amazing job! They were recommended to me by my neighbor who runs an HVAC school...everyone I worked with (Al, Martin, Nick and 'Hap') were total pro's throughout the entire process. They were not only the most affordable option of the 4 bids I got, but they spec'd the most robust system and offered one thing NONE of the other companies offered...a simple surge/line voltage protector...effectively if there is a fatal power surge this little inexpensive unit blows instead of my mini-split and thus saving my multi-thousand dollar investment. The best part of the whole process is that everyone was super nice and easy to work with...if you're looking for an A/C solution these are your people!

I cannot tell whether they would do a good job or not, because they have been unresponsive. An elderly family member was confused about the overall cost of the solar panel installation, and is now stuck with a 20-year loan that they cannot pay. The family member was introduced to this company through a popular ad that made false claims about the cost of the installation of the solar panels. Now, Electrical Systems Solutions dba Solar Pros is poised to benefit from the false ad that appears to drive traffic to the company. We would like to resolve this matter amicably but the main operator(s) have refused to respond so far. Beware!

We have used Accurate for our furnace needs for many years, (furnace repairs, new installations, and a difficult ductwork system replacement job), they always come help us very quickly. We use them for both our residential and commercial units. I definitely would recommend them to anyone in the area.

I was given Smart Electric's name by a neighbor in the community and I couldn't be happier with the work they did! My house needed a new panel (panel upgrade) and a few other miscellaneous tasks so the job was big. I reached out and Joe promptly followed up with me and scheduled a walk-through. We reviewed the recent inspection report done on my home (newly purchased) and he gave me recommendation on what was most important vs future projects or easy DIY fixes, I appreciated this level of detail. He gave me a quote on the spot and soon after my service appt was scheduled and booked. The service day went exactly as intended and his quote was accurate. Joe did a great job communicating and following up with varies questions I had pre and post service date, I'd highly recommend him to a close friend.

Mark my words.. whoever was driving neighborhood electric van number 20 on June 13th 2023 is going to kill someone with the way they were driving. If you looked up “road rage” in the dictionary, that person would be right there on the page. So incredibly unprofessional, unsafe and scary to be driving near on I5 northbound.

Nothing but good things to say about this team! Shane came by and learned our house inside and out and worked with us to put together a plan of attack for our upgrades. Nick and Vernon executed the work flawlessly, helped us navigate problems, and were fun to hang out with. Everyone was kind, patient, and willing and able to answer questions. We had them install a fireplace, the work was sub-par and the owners seemed to have no concerns about the quality of work. We do not recommend them for fireplace installs, go elsewhere.

Clowns!!!! My wife had called Mister Sparky twice to schedule an appointment to have our house evaluated in order to receive a quote for removing the existing knob and tube wiring. First off, the person representing their company on the phone had no concept of what knob and tube even was. Then, they asked us to call back since they were not in the office. After calling back, we were unable to schedule an agreed upon appointment time, so we moved onto another electrical company. This morning I received a call from a Mister Sparky electrician asking if they could come to the house earlier than our scheduled time... Again, we were never able to schedule an appointment due to the inadequacy of their front desk. I already had another electrical company coming out, so I could not accommodate Mister Sparky and told them about our scheduling experience. This afternoon I received a call from their office saying that they show no record of my wife even calling. Hmmmm??? If my wife never called, how did their electrician magically get my phone number and address and know that we happened to be in need of electrical work? Maybe they should get into psychic work instead! This company needs to get their act together-- starting with their scheduler. As an Architect, there are plenty of other good electrical companies I would recommend.

These guys aren't interested in doing an easy service call in downtown Seattle where parking is no issue & the task of installing a gate valve on an exposed copper water line is too much for them undertake. At least they didn't mince words!
