Best Emergency Call in Seattle WA

I am a residential home owner and suddenly all of my major appliances seemed to be getting partial energy with dimming lights and turning off. I spoke with 3 different electricians and Mr. Electric was the only electrician to advise that it sounded like a power company issue. Another electrician was scheduled to come out later in the week for a hefty fee but didn't mention that the issue could be a power company issue. Mr. Electric also mentioned that they could come out the next day if it wasn't a power company issue. I then called PSE and they came out and discovered it was their issue, they installed a fix same day saving all of the food in my fridge and keeping my house warm. I appreciate the level of expertise that pointed me quickly in the right direction. Thank you!

This was a leaky tub between two floors. Tyler jumped right in and did a great job. Price was fair for the work and I would use 2sons plumbing again.

George came over to our house within a day to fix our broken light fixture that was hanging from the ceiling. He was a very professional and knowledgeable electrician!

Its been a few years since the initial instalation now and I am still thrilled with the finished combination. Worth every penny . In fact, I did try to get three bids before choosing Energy Technologies: one company could not bother to show up let lone call to reschedule and the other gave me a bid over the phone, much higher, based on my location and square footage of the home. Happy I went with Energy Technologies.

Clowns!!!! My wife had called Mister Sparky twice to schedule an appointment to have our house evaluated in order to receive a quote for removing the existing knob and tube wiring. First off, the person representing their company on the phone had no concept of what knob and tube even was. Then, they asked us to call back since they were not in the office. After calling back, we were unable to schedule an agreed upon appointment time, so we moved onto another electrical company. This morning I received a call from a Mister Sparky electrician asking if they could come to the house earlier than our scheduled time... Again, we were never able to schedule an appointment due to the inadequacy of their front desk. I already had another electrical company coming out, so I could not accommodate Mister Sparky and told them about our scheduling experience. This afternoon I received a call from their office saying that they show no record of my wife even calling. Hmmmm??? If my wife never called, how did their electrician magically get my phone number and address and know that we happened to be in need of electrical work? Maybe they should get into psychic work instead! This company needs to get their act together-- starting with their scheduler. As an Architect, there are plenty of other good electrical companies I would recommend.

Troubleshooting took a third the time estimated, and they fixed our outlet in mere minutes.

I setup an initial consultation/quotation visit with these guys as I needed to get power outside our house to install a security camera. Dave arrived on time to discuss my project and was extremely professional and friendly. We identified three options, including drilling into the house from the outside and junctioning into the existing electrical network, installing a new external outlet, or wiring the camera into our garage where we have existing outlets. He walked me through the pros and cons of each option and was very candid in his assessment. He then suggested the third option as being the easiest and least intrusive/expensive. Even though the appointment was just an initial visit and not actually when the work was to be performed, he ended up helping me out and finishing the installation free of charge as a neighborly gesture. I was very impressed and would highly recommend anyone to consult with them for electrical needs. I'll certainly call them again if I need something in the future!

My first solar install and the installers did a great job along with respectful crew as well as great customer service by Chad who thoroughly explained everything that would take place with great customer service always answered any questions we had. Ed was the best! I contacted Benchmark on the weekend via the Benchmark website (as they are a local electrical company I identified via a Google Map search) and filled out my request to replace a ceiling light fixture. Ed got back to me on Sunday (which I didn't expect) and offered to help. On Monday he scheduled with me to replace the 14 ceiling light (that I had been wanting to get done for a month) and he arrived Monday afternoon, promptly as scheduled, was very professional and completed the work in under a half hour! I am very happy with the job and how easy it was to get done. Thank you Ed!

Jon has done quite a few jobs at my place. I got a new furnace and heat pump from another company and Jon put in the new circuit in an outbuilding. He also has upgraded outlets and fixtures other electricians haven't been able to do (1964 home). He's a really skilled electrician, friendly, and professional. He wears a mask on the job and even gave me a couple of the W.E. masks with filters!

Eric and team were excellent! They were very professional about the job and did their best to minimize down time during upgrades. The team was also super responsive to email and phones when I needed to contact them. Would highly recommend them for box upgrades.

Fast service, have to pay extra due to distance can’t find electrician here in kitsap county that’s available so I called them thank goodness they’re available.
