Dylan (the owner of Fenter Electric) came out to by business on an emergency basis to fix an overhead fluorescent light fixture that wasn't working correctly anymore. He was more than willing to diagnose the problem, give me options to fix it that would solve the problem in a short term and long term manner (ie-converting to an LED fixture), and repair the fixture immediately. I cannot say enough good things about his attention to detail, professionalism, and quality of work. I will definitely keep him on hand for any job at my home or business in the future. OK, Flash Electric is seriously the absolute best! I was getting the insulation replaced in my attic and the company told me that if I ever wanted to add a bathroom fan, now is the time. I called Flash and they were able to send someone out within a couple of days to give a free estimate. Aaron was so kind and helpful (and even changed a light bulb for us we are all too short to change, which fixed one of our electrical concerns immediately). I explained the tight timeline we had, and even though he was completely booked out, he found a way to squeeze my job in to make sure it was done before installation of insulation. He checked in with me throughout to discuss my preferences and was very transparent about pricing and timelines. The payment process was incredibly easy, and all the staff was so kind. I trust Flash, feel they have an incredible level of integrity, and know they really care about helping customers. You should use them!!

I cannot tell whether they would do a good job or not, because they have been unresponsive. An elderly family member was confused about the overall cost of the solar panel installation, and is now stuck with a 20-year loan that they cannot pay. The family member was introduced to this company through a popular ad that made false claims about the cost of the installation of the solar panels. Now, Electrical Systems Solutions dba Solar Pros is poised to benefit from the false ad that appears to drive traffic to the company. We would like to resolve this matter amicably but the main operator(s) have refused to respond so far. Beware!

Had someone come in to do some electrical work for me at my new house, Jacob was on time and super friendly. Awesome to work with, called him back and have set up another time for him to come to work on some other stuff as well.

Mike did much electrical work for my commercial building. I called on him over an over because of his skills, organization, competence, and reliability. I'm in a different line of work now, but I will always reach out to Spectrum first, and recommend anyone else to do the same.
