Jonathan was very courteous, professional, and friendly. He quickly determined what was wrong with our outlet and fixed it right away.

We had two bulbs that were out in an over head chandelier in our dining room. We had an electrician from All Wire come out to check it out. After taking the chandelier down he concluded that the problem was electrical within the unit and was not worth repairing. He suggested we order a new unit and he we would be back to install it when we did. My wife made if clear that she would have preferred to have the light reinstalled until the new unit arrived. I could tell the electrician wasn't enthused about putting this heavy chandelier back up in ceiling, so I sided with him. (Not a happy wife.)
The new chandelier arrived and I called All Wire to install the unit. They told me they were booked and could do it until next year. I tried to point out that this was a continuation of job that had already been started. No dice. The manager said she would talk to the electrician and see if he would come out on Saturday. Haven't heard a thing.
I suggest you look elsewhere for your electrical needs. I will leave it that.

Zach was very professional and friendly. He helped installed several light fixtures, and replace the GU24 cannister lights with new and improved LED wafer lights on the first floor of my house. He spent the time trying to figure out the brightness of the LED lights, and also spent time making sure everything was perfect. Zach made this process seamless, and painless. Clowns!!!! My wife had called Mister Sparky twice to schedule an appointment to have our house evaluated in order to receive a quote for removing the existing knob and tube wiring. First off, the person representing their company on the phone had no concept of what knob and tube even was. Then, they asked us to call back since they were not in the office. After calling back, we were unable to schedule an agreed upon appointment time, so we moved onto another electrical company. This morning I received a call from a Mister Sparky electrician asking if they could come to the house earlier than our scheduled time... Again, we were never able to schedule an appointment due to the inadequacy of their front desk. I already had another electrical company coming out, so I could not accommodate Mister Sparky and told them about our scheduling experience. This afternoon I received a call from their office saying that they show no record of my wife even calling. Hmmmm??? If my wife never called, how did their electrician magically get my phone number and address and know that we happened to be in need of electrical work? Maybe they should get into psychic work instead! This company needs to get their act together-- starting with their scheduler. As an Architect, there are plenty of other good electrical companies I would recommend.

Brent and his team were efficient and thorough throughout the entire process. We had some chandeliers removed/installed and added a dedicated outlet under the house for a remodel project.
They had to do this in two stages and Cameron and Johnathan completed the follow up work expertly and were a pleasure to have in our home.

It was good to finally find an electrical company that was willing to work with me on dealing with the creative solutions that I'm still finding by the previous owner. Eugene is a delight to talk with. If you are looking for quick service, he's always willing to have someone come out within a day or two. The last company I tried to work with not only took weeks to respond, but installed some less-than-quality parts. Not Reign City Electric. Mike took one look at the previous work and thought the receptacles were decades old when, in fact, that work was done barely a year ago. Now I know who to call when I'm ready and able to install, say, a car charging port. They gave me a reasonable estimate and made sure to get good parts as needed... without trying to upsell. I just got solar installed, but that didn't deter them like another company I tried to get a quote from (even though my job didn't need to even touch that system at all). They were patient with me, too, because I did have to call them out again when the creative system tried to migrate the problem. But they knew how to get us back to code and now things are working great!

If there is one thing they can improve upon, it might be some communication. On the one hand, their use of technology works well and offers very fast results. But sometimes, there were some good old fashioned kinds of contact that could have helped. We had a temporary mix-up when it came to invoices, and it would have been good to get a phone call when the electrician came to do the work so I could answer the door. But they had to work with my issues as well, and in the end everything worked out. Lessons for us both.

They deserve top stars. The peace of mind alone is worth it.
