So happy with the service and technician who provided some plumbing updating during my recent home renovation. Tyler let me know of the items that really needed fixing and those that did not. That, to me, is a great level of integrity. I received a prompt appointment upon request that worked for my schedule. 2 sons is a great company that I will use again in the future! Thanks 2 sons!!!

I cannot tell whether they would do a good job or not, because they have been unresponsive. An elderly family member was confused about the overall cost of the solar panel installation, and is now stuck with a 20-year loan that they cannot pay. The family member was introduced to this company through a popular ad that made false claims about the cost of the installation of the solar panels. Now, Electrical Systems Solutions dba Solar Pros is poised to benefit from the false ad that appears to drive traffic to the company. We would like to resolve this matter amicably but the main operator(s) have refused to respond so far. Beware!

Everything went extremely well. Asked me to send an image so they could assess the extent of the damage and if they could fit me in that day. They came over a few hours later and had everything fixed in less than an hour. Very professional and couldn't have asked for a better experience.

My family and I have historically been very happy with electrical services from Seatown, but I felt compelled to leave this positive review since I was thoroughly impressed with our most recent contract. Our most recent project involved installing hardwired Nest Floodlight cameras, and Stonney was our technician for this. I cannot recommend him enough. I am impressed by his professionalism, courteous attitude, patience, flexibility, and transparency. Prior to project start, Stonney was thorough in his inspection and provided solid professional advice with regards to what I was envisioning. He had my and my family's safety in mind. During his work, and despite the heavy downpour, he prioritized in making sure that minimal damage was done to the brand new James Hardie sidings when installing the new outlets, conduits, and the security floodlights. Also, recognizing that some family members work remotely, he was generous in giving ample time to notify us when power needed to be shut down for safety, which allowed us in notifying our employer that we will be offline for a few minutes. Power offline was also kept to a minimum, which is always wonderful. Stonney was methodical, but efficient which allowed his work to proceed very smoothly and without issue. If you ever have the pleasure to work with Stonney, be comforted in the fact that you are in the hands of someone who is extremely skilled and capable in their trade.

Kemly did super work. They carefully assessed the state of our current wiring. They did a great job keeping us informed and running any impactful decisions by us. They took extra care to maintain our old vintage light fixtures, and minimize any holes needed to access wiring. They were professional, timely, and trustworthy. Great team for electric work!

We needed an electrician to help us with our circuit breaker panel. Marvin was fast to respond and was able to get out to help us quickly. Price was reasonable and friendly service.

Mark my words.. whoever was driving neighborhood electric van number 20 on June 13th 2023 is going to kill someone with the way they were driving. If you looked up “road rage” in the dictionary, that person would be right there on the page. So incredibly unprofessional, unsafe and scary to be driving near on I5 northbound.

BHS installed a manual transfer switch for a home generator for me. I have a mid century modern home that has quirks and obstacles that new construction doesn’t. Electric Ed was patient and answered all my questions putting me at ease that this process would be painless… and it was! Clowns!!!! My wife had called Mister Sparky twice to schedule an appointment to have our house evaluated in order to receive a quote for removing the existing knob and tube wiring. First off, the person representing their company on the phone had no concept of what knob and tube even was. Then, they asked us to call back since they were not in the office. After calling back, we were unable to schedule an agreed upon appointment time, so we moved onto another electrical company. This morning I received a call from a Mister Sparky electrician asking if they could come to the house earlier than our scheduled time... Again, we were never able to schedule an appointment due to the inadequacy of their front desk. I already had another electrical company coming out, so I could not accommodate Mister Sparky and told them about our scheduling experience. This afternoon I received a call from their office saying that they show no record of my wife even calling. Hmmmm??? If my wife never called, how did their electrician magically get my phone number and address and know that we happened to be in need of electrical work? Maybe they should get into psychic work instead! This company needs to get their act together-- starting with their scheduler. As an Architect, there are plenty of other good electrical companies I would recommend.

These guys aren't interested in doing an easy service call in downtown Seattle where parking is no issue & the task of installing a gate valve on an exposed copper water line is too much for them undertake. At least they didn't mince words!

Larry and his team is professional and explains in detail what needs to be done accurately and being cost effective. They have worked on various projects in our home and will trust no one else!
