The entire process of light fixture replacement & installation worked perfect from start to finish. Mr. Flores and his team were incredibly professional and efficient in getting the work done with minimal disruption of my work-at-home schedule. The team of electricians were respectful of my home, and cleaned up after the work was compete. I can truthfully say I am super happy with the lightly installation and with Flores Electric. Rey promptly responded to my inquiry and gave me a very reasonable quote. He and his team were at my house the next day and fixed four electrical problems in short order. They worked efficiently and were professional, pleasant, and respectful of my property. I was completely satisfied with their work and would gladly use Flores Electric again if I ever have electrical problems. I highly recommend them.
I called Flores to check if they do PowerWall installation & can give me a quote. The attendant said yes & booked an in-person assessment. The guy who showed has no clue what I was talking about, didn't seem to know anything about PowerWalls. Still charged me $80 for the visit for doing nothing. The guy said they do a lot of such installations and will get back to me a quote, never received any call or any communication.
We did extensive work, over several months, rewiring a study, replacing ceiling lighting in several rooms, updating the electrical panel, and installing new wiring for smoke detectors, a car charger, and a new cooktop. The crew, led by Carlos, was always professional, did very careful work, gave good advice, and dealt well with an evolving job. They even gave me guidance when I worked in parallel on upgrading my light switches. I've been very happy with the results.

Flores Electric replaced my attic fan. They were on-time, completed the job quickly and cleanly. Very professional.
I would give 4.5 stars, but that isn't an option. The value and responsiveness is good. When complete, the work is stellar. My one complaint is it took a few trips to get the job done correctly and it was difficult to coordinate times that worked for my work schedule.
Paz came on time and was very professional. He put on a mask and covered his boots when he went inside the house. He removed the burnt wires in the outlet and made sure the burning smell was gone. We will use Flores again to add extra outlets to our room.

I was nervous to reach out to a new electrician because I’ve been overcharged in the past. I wanted to install my security system and I also needed some general repairs at 2 of my properties. I reached out to Flores and they were very professional and straight forward. I told them my budget after researching prices, they were very thorough and sent a invoice over with details the same day. I ended up saving about 20% on the job which was cheaper than any other quote I got from competitors because most electricians would only give me a hourly rate and a estimation on the amount of time it would take which was 13 hours more then it actually took to finish the job with Flores. They are very friendly and willing to work with budgets without making me feel like I’m being over charged or taken advantage of. I definitely recommend Flores if you are looking for a new electrician that will be honest and affordable. Now they are my go to electrician and I’ve referred them to 3 of my clients and I’ve gotten good feedback from all of them. I had to take my time and write this review to show my appreciation. It’s hard to find a honest and straight forward electrician that doesn’t only charge by the hour! Thank you Flores!

The two men who came out to correct a massive issue at my home. Half of my outlets just went off the radar. Had to go through the entire house to see which worked and which did not.
This also affected the outlet in the stand alone Garage. They were very polite and considerate. I could not have asked for two better workers. Would I recommend them????? ABSOLUTELY!!

I asked Flores to come out and re-wire some outlets in my house to their own circuit and to replace a circuit breaker that wasn't the correct type.
Not only were they quick to respond, and their price reasonable, but the techs were friendly, Paz communicated really well throughout the project, and the work was well done.
10/10 they're now my go-to electricians.

Flores Electric did an amazing job. The electricity went out in one of the rooms in my house. Carlos from Flores Electric came, did a great job of inspecting the issue and looking around the house and then gave a really reasonable price for the work with options based on how hard the work might be (also the cost for an estimate was a lot more reasonable than other companies - and they waived it when I agreed to do the work). Then three guys came over to do the work a couple of days later and were very professional, walking me through what was happening, letting me know where they were at with the repair, etc. And when they had to cut through a small portion of the garage wall to access a wire, they fixed it and did a great job. We added extra circuits for a bathroom wall heater (which they installed), and a dedicated outlet for a portable air conditioner. Also, they corrected original wiring that had too many outlets on one breaker. All work was scheduled, workers showed up on time and the work was efficiently done. In addition, they identified all of the breakers in the panel, and provided a document with that information. I appreciate contractors who are responsive to questions and issues, and had prompt and thorough responses to my concerns.
Victor did a fantastic job coordinating the work and was extremely responsive and understanding with any questions or modifications we wanted to make after the initial consultation. When he or his crew were on-site, they were very professional and respectful of our home making a noticeable effort to limit the mess and inconvenience from all the drywall work. They even made a point to clean up each day even though they knew they would be working at our house all week.
We would strongly recommend using Flores Electric and will not hesitate to use them again if we need more electrical work done in the future. Very impressed!
Carlos arrived on time with all his professional tools. I explained the problem with my noisy fan and he immediately guessed that it was repairable. He took it apart in just a few minutes and proceeded to find the problem. I am so delighted that it was repaired and that there is no grinding noises any more. My new fan is now working quietly like it should. Carlos gave me a very reasonable price and I will surely call him again for another project.

They are very professional, and making an appointment was very easy and communication was good.
We hired Flores Electric to replace our panel and install a subpanel and an electric car charger. We are extremely satisfied with all the work they have done so far. We’re waiting for a permit from the city before work can be completed but they have been prompt, courteous, clean and have done excellent work. One of the best contractors we have ever hired.
I hired Flores Electric to replace a few outdoor hard-wired lights and install a hard-wired Ring floodlight with camera and a Ring solar light in my backyard. Victor came by to understand the scope of work and sent me a free estimate within 1-2 hours. I was able to schedule the work for a few days later and Tony did a great job with the installation. All around, it was a great experience working with Flores Electric. I would highly recommend them and would hire them again in the future.

Ray from Flores Electric is a true professional! He ran a challenge (not one he caused) when installing my video doorbell but he never let that be a deterrent! Flores Electric and his crew have done an outstanding job at my home in Santa Clara. They were quick to respond with the help of Jorge, the admin, setting up our estimate and setting up our appointment for when the work would be done. Rey from the start was very respectful of our home and very professional. Even put shoe covers to not get our floor dirty with his boots. He was very thorough with his presentation which only took about 3-5 minutes and gave me different options of how to go about my electrical issues. The workers covered everything to prevent any dust from going to my furniture. When the job was finished they cleaned after themselves and left the place cleaner than before!! This was a plus! I would definitely be calling you guys again for any other electrical issue I have in my home. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Really happy with the work they did. FLORES ELECTRIC ROCKS!

I contacted Flores electric to have someone come out and give an estimate on work. Victor came out and he was on time, professional and clear on what he could be done. The estimate was very fair so we moved forward with this service. The 2 guys that did the actual work were respectful and quick! The last bit of the work was retexturing the wall and making it look new which Manuel did. It honestly doesn’t even look like the wall was cut into at all. I will absolutely be using their services again for any future work I need.
We had a WONDERFUL experience with Flores Electric.
We needed an electric contractor who could help us with a full home remodel, new electrical panel, custom need light fixtures and more. Flores delivered beyond our expectations! Every electrician from Flores we had in our home was extremely professional and knowledgeable, as well as COVID-conscious and mindful of staying safe and working clean. Rey provided a very detailed quote when he came to bid the project, and answered all of our questions on the spot. He was extremely thoughtful in regards to material selections and educating us on new technologies and options available.
I was also very impressed with the scheduling and billing system Flores uses. In working with a dozen subcontractors during our remodel, no one made scheduling and payment as easy as Flores Electric - one less thing to think or worry about.
We will be using them again to do our house expansion!

It was tough getting someone to come in for our project. At first we were impressed with the attentiveness to our needs, once we got them scheduled, the Electricians were great! Near the end of the installation we had a few communication concerns and had some difficulty getting the site manager to respond to our questions, but the owner addressed the concerns quickly after hearing our requests.

Ray and his team did a very professional and excellent job installing an EV charging station at my home. They were compliant to COVID and social distancing and wore protective gear throughout my home. Ray was very responsive afterwards to check that everything was working properly. I had a minor glitch with the charging station a couple of days later (which ended up being a firmware update from the manufacturer) and Ray came out the next day to check the unit at no cost. I would recommend Ray and his company for any new jobs.

Ray and his team were extremely professional. They were hired to install 2 bathroom ceiling fans in a 65 yr old house. I had hired a handyman prior to them who completely messed up the job, so Ray’s team had to fix what the handyman had done incorrectly and go from there. It was an all day project installing ducting in my attic, pulling wires, installing countdown timers and they continued to smile throughout being in a hot attic for hours. i gave them money for lunch since I felt they deserved that at the least and they even gave me the change and receipt.. you don’t find honest people much anymore. When the prpject was completed, they came in with a vacuum, broom and dustpan to get all the sheetrock dust out and my house was sparkling clean when they finished. The price was not any higher than what others quoted, but their service stood out as EXCEPTIONAL!!! they are fully licensed and know their stuff!!

He is flexible and has completed large jobs (re-wire my entire garage, install an entirely new electrical panel) to small jobs (install new light fixtures and new light switch). Rey does an excellent job at understanding your needs and presenting multiple solutions based on your budget. I was shopping around and I didn't see anyone else present their business so well. That passion immediately assured me that my work would be done with quality and on time.
His crew Juan and Carlos did an excellent job for us. They arrived early in the morning and worked tirelessly without taking any breaks. It was hard work requiring several hours in the crawlspace which Carlos did without an issue while Juan took care of all the outlets and wiring above ground. Rey makes occasional visits during the project to make sure the work is going smooth and solve any issues that come up. They are also more than happy to take care of other small things that come up along the way.
Very neat and tidy crew, very well spoken and they wore mask throughout the project. They cleaned up after the work as well.
I would definitely choose them if/when I need any electrical work in future. Highly recommended!

These guys were great. Very professional, efficient, always there when they said they’d be there, always arrive ready to work.
All the work was completed on time, with no delays or messes afterward .
As our renovation required to be done quickly it was so we could sell the house, I was gratified that all work was completed on time. Flores Elect. Squeezed us in when they knew our situation and kindly answered all my questions and concerns. They even rushed back a week later to assist with a separate new issue.
I wouldn’t hire any other electricians!
BTW- the house sold in six days at least in part to updated electrical. Thanks to Rey Inez and team!

Flores Electric completely wired our new kitchen over a year ago and we are pleased to report that everything is working as we wanted it to and we have had no problems. We enjoyed working with them and found them very responsive to our needs.

In preparing to sell our home, we had a property inspection done on our 60 year old home. Naturally the inspector found a long list of items needing attention..... then comes the COVID-19 pandemic!!! I had 9 different electrical issues including main panel earth-grounding, downlight conversion to LED, and gfci installations. I searched and found great reviews for Flores Electric, and called. I got a live, friendly voice, who arranged to have the owner, Rey, out the next day (wearing PPE). He reviewed the work, gave me a fair proposal that night, and he sent his electricians, Victor and Carlos, out the next day. They arrived in the morning, Rey brought their materials and walked the job w them, and they worked hard all day to complete everything on our list, including a long-run of ground wire from main panel at rear of house, under our house through a tight, dirty crawlspace (on a hot day), to connect to the main water line connection out front, then pounded 2 eight-foot ground rods into the ground for termination.
While working inside the home, the electricians wore PPE, cleaned-up their work debris, were friendly and communicated well. At the end of the day, one of the LED bulbs didn't work, so Rey showed-up that evening to replace it. Rey stopped by our home 4 times that day to make sure the mission was completed.... what service!!
So, within a few days, all my electrical issues were addressed completely, at a fair price, and great customer service. I'm a corporate facilities director, and I know good contractors when I see them. This is a well-run company that you can trust.

Great communication, went out of their way to fix a really hairy wiring issue, I'm very glad for their dedication.
Flores electric responded to my inquiry quickly. After receiving quotes from a few other electricians, i was disheartened by their lack of technical and building code knowledge. Flores electric sent a technician out to inspect the situation before providing a bid and the technician clearly knew how to do the job correctly. They even fixed an issue in my home a prior (reputable) electrician installed. I would recommend them and hire them again.
Flores Electric's owner Ray and crews helped us replaced / installed a new main panel including new groundings and rewired the cord from new panel to subpanel. They worked with city and PG&E made this complicated process run smooth. They provided professional works, been flexible with my requests, and always willing to help. Their price is very competitive as well. The entire project turned out greatly and I am highly satisfied, and strongly recommented to my friends. I am so grateful that I had found the right people after interviewed so many (10-12) of local electrician/ companies. Yes last year had been tough for us, Flores Electric was one of few nice things happened.

We were planning to install recessed lighting in our sitting area but decided not to at this time. Flores was prompt, very professional and provided a comparable quote.
I have nothing but good things to say about Flores Electric. Everyone was professional. They cleaned up each time they were here. I needed a new sub panel along with a new electrical panel outside. Rey was in charge and he was extremely nice. I would recommend Flores Electric.

Ray and all of his team were great to deal with. From the quoting process, he clearly explained what they were going to do, how and why- all the way to the final inspection. They were very nice to the whole family and were always sure to clean up and leave things better than they found it. They are really good people.
They were super professional. They do great work. It looks good and works great. It's clear that they have a lot of experience and take pride in their work.
Finally they were punctual. Unlike a lot of vendors, they don't leave you waiting for them to show up. Ray and his team were here when they said they would be, estimates were delivered quickly, and they completed the job when they said they would. And Ray was always super responsive when we had questions.

We were impressed with the workers' skill and diligence.
The best thing I can say about any company is I would hire them again without a 2nd thought. I could have hired someone cheaper, but I wanted it done right, and it was. It was also done on time per agreement.
Good service, prompt and professional. I highly recommend their company. I had an outlet replaced and all my downstairs switches. Very pleased with their work.

Flores Electric was fantastic. Ryan the electrician was fantastic. He was well experienced and knew what to do.
Work to add 2 circuits was efficiently done. Did have one existing light stop, but found a lose connection. May or may not have been due to pulling the new lines.
Installed an override switch for a generator. Turns out the job was a little more complex than expected, but they still took care of the job. Even stayed later.
Had these guys re wire my home. From start to finish it was a pleasure. They handled all city permits, pgae and all. I can’t ask for more. Thanks guys.

Ray told us that his company would provide a report about the cause of an electrical fire that nearly destroyed our home. Then, he never got back to us. When we called to follow up, he said he would charge $3,000 for the report. This appears to have been a passive aggressive way to back pedal out of the previous arrangement. Very disappointing.
