It was a superb job. I have used Carlos with Electric Heroes before and both jobs went well. He was capable to make an appointment shortly and showed up a few a minutes early. The job went well, he cleaned up the areas after he completed and made certain I understood how to operate and adjust settings on the automatic lights. I highly recommend Electric Heroes for any and all electrical repairs and work. I remodeled my house from Feb 2021 to July 2021, Electric Heroes conducted the entire remodel of my house, placing my old knob and tube electrical to standard electrical, the installed all new GCFI outlets, switches, ceiling fans, security lights and recessed lighting in my entire house.

Electric Heroes team installed 240V outlet. The experience was amazing. Robert came out and provided a free estimate. The office followed up quickly to set up the install date. When I requested to pull in the date, the team put me on a wait list and then set up an appointment one week sooner. Robert contacted me in advance to say he was on his way. He showed up right on time. He asked questions to make sure the install was done the way I wanted. The work was completed early with no mess. Robert was professional and polite. Amazing!! I've NEVER experienced outstanding service like this from a electrician. We had a problem with an old wall sconce fixture and called Electric Heroes to come and look at it. Carlos came and worked and worked on it, trying to problem-solve so we could hold on to the fixture rather than having to replace it. And boy did he do a great job. We are very happy with the now-functional light fixture. We will definitely recommend them.

We recently had electrical work done and Alex was excellent. We had a full electrical panel replaced along with some other work that had to be done. I called them and they were out same day within a few hours. Brayan did an excellent job explaining everything to me and when the power had gone out and wasn't coming back on. The circuit had been disconnected because the wires weren't fully connected making it an open circuit. After he closed it and corrected the wires everything worked perfectly. Really happy with the quality of work and willingness to explain everything.

The service person was punctual, polite, explained what had to be done as he encountered a new problem. Most of all, I appreciate that he did not leave my place a mess. What a phenomenal company! We were looking to install solar in our home and needed to do a main panel upgrade to support the increased load.
