We had a short circuit due to an accident. CA electrical group was able to give us a free video assessment, which was super awesome during the shelter-in-place time. They are very responsive and professional. They managed to trouble-shoot our problem, and gave us adequate suggestion. I feel so grateful that our problem was efficiently and completely solved by sending two short videos to them.

I am remodeling my kitchen and needed some electrical outlets moved before construction could begin. I found Electric Heroes through their Google reviews and couldn't have been more pleased. I called to make an appointment and was able to have someone come out immediately .They arrived on time, were super fast and friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. Flores Electric and his crew have done an outstanding job at my home in Santa Clara. They were quick to respond with the help of Jorge, the admin, setting up our estimate and setting up our appointment for when the work would be done. Rey from the start was very respectful of our home and very professional. Even put shoe covers to not get our floor dirty with his boots. He was very thorough with his presentation which only took about 3-5 minutes and gave me different options of how to go about my electrical issues. The workers covered everything to prevent any dust from going to my furniture. When the job was finished they cleaned after themselves and left the place cleaner than before!! This was a plus! Safety First is a top notch service provider. Ronnie, the owner/operator, has been my electrician across two separate properties and every time he comes out the result is phenomenal. He has installed lighting, ceiling fans, smart switches, outlets, hardwired ring security systems, a 50 amp ChargePoint electric car charger and our biggest project to date was a full panel upgrade to support up to 400 Amp in preparation for ADU that required coordination of a major upgrade of our transformer with PGE. Ronnie is super responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. When he comes around it is like having a member of the family come by. Ronnie walks you every step of the way through the project and one of the most helpful things he does is share his ideas of optimal configurations to get the best value and result for your money. Ronnie is honest and trustworthy and I can’t recommend him and Safety First enough for your next electrical job.

I very rarely write negative reviews, but they beyond-warranted this one because:
- way over-priced ($3,675 to switch outlets and confirm they were grounded)
- $195 invoice to fix mistakes and not send a quote
- horrible workmanship
- creepy vibes
- you’re legitimately better off working with your neighbors who look like they have a decent set of tools in their garage

Jeff first over-quoted my recently widowed mother for replacing outlets in her home and confirming they were grounded. She agreed to it though, so it is what it is.

His workmanship was awful. Over half of the outlets were crooked. Who knows if he properly attached anything. My 19 year old college roommate with no construction/ electrical experience legitimately did a better job.

After calling him back out to fix some of the mistakes, he agreed to come out and correct his work for free. Despite the shoddy workmanship, I wanted a quote for a garage spotlight that had a broken sensor.

He showed up late after rescheduling the appointment twice. When he got here, he creepily ogled me in my knee-length flowy dress (this was a few months ago when it was in the 90s). Super creepy vibe. Legitimately ask your daughters to wear long pants/ crew necks.

He fixed about half of his mistakes and said he had to look up things for the quote. He never got back to either of us with a quote. Considering our experiences with him so far, we figured we’d be better off hiring someone else.

Like six weeks later, he charged my mom an invoice for $195. TO FIX HIS MISTAKES AND PROVIDE AND NOT PROVIDE A QUOTE.

For the workmanship and price, I would legitimately be better off looking up videos on YouTube and trying to do it myself. I will never use this company again and recommend you work with legitimately anyone else. Even neighbors that you don’t really know. That’s what we did, and so far, it’s better.

Carlos was excellent from start to finish. His quote was detailed and broke down all the parts and labor. He was diligent and careful with our house and working with the other drywall contractors. He was flexible enough to add some additional work as needed when we decided to do some extra work while he was there. We also did extra work with him partly because we could see how well his work was going. His estimates in labor time and parts were very close to final price and I appreciated his experience and clear communication. Would definitely recommend and hire again.

Installed a 220V outlet for an EV. Very competent and absolutely reliable. Showed up when he said he would, did great work. Knows his stuff and was able to make smart recommendations for best way to do the installation. Not the cheapest but not expensive and the work was impeccable.

Have moved a couple of times in the last 10 years, always have Delta come and make my new place to my electrical preference with lights and extra plugs or circuits in the older home. Always very pleased with price

Juan arrived on time with all the necessary tools and parts to diagnose and repair my Lennox heating system. His expert diagnostic skills led quickly to a faulty capacitor which Juan replaced from spare parts carried on his truck. He also cleaned the flame sensor and twice verified that the heating system now operates normally. Juan's experience and expertise leads me to recommend Pacific Coast Electric Heating for repairs and servicing.

So glad I found these guys they do a great job. They came to my house the day before a holiday. They quickly solved my lighting issues. They also found a different lighting issue that I did not even know about. They fixed that as well. 5 star service all the way.

Avant was one of the best electrical contractors I've ever dealt with. Brian installed a fixed generator to automatically provide power to our house during power outages. He was extremely responsive and was really great communicating during the entire multi-week project. Very professional, thorough, and diligent. I'd use Avant Electric again for any new projects.
