We have used them twice and both times they were awesome. We had a faulty breaker on our panel the first time, they came out and took care of it immediately, on time and very transparent pricing. Second time a different issue (our panel has old breakers) and they came out quickly, but had to return the next day because the breaker style on our panel was difficult to find. I would not hesitate to use them!

Ray told us that his company would provide a report about the cause of an electrical fire that nearly destroyed our home. Then, he never got back to us. When we called to follow up, he said he would charge $3,000 for the report. This appears to have been a passive aggressive way to back pedal out of the previous arrangement. Very disappointing.

The team that installed our air conditioner's electric panel was great from start of providing us estimates, to the finished product. They made sure to lay protective wrap to keep our floor clean and cleaned up before they left. Lastly, they clearly communicated the steps they were performing and labelled the electric panel switches for us.

This is the first time I write review for a company, and I have to. Paul is a very professional and experienced electrician, and a very nice person. He fixed the problem that had been bothered us for a long time. We hired some other electrician to fix it before but did not get the problem solved. Paul did an amazing job. Besides that, he also diagnosed several other hidden problems and fixed them all. He is very honest and professional. I needed an electrician to figure out a complicated, poorly wired circuit, when I noticed the ELECTRICA truck in a parking lot.
There was something I liked about it, so I looked the company up on Yelp and decided to call.
Nick quoted me a flat diagnostic fee and we made an appointment.
When he tested things he didn't stop at, I think this is what's going on. Instead, he kept digging until he found out EXACTLY what was wrong.
That done, he suggested a solution and gave me a very reasonable bid. I asked, Plus the diagnostic fee?
He said it would be waived if I accepted.
I accepted.
He went to buy parts, brought Andre, his helper, back with him, and they got right to work.
The job involved running a considerable amount of solid conduit, both indoors and out, which can be unsightly.
So I asked if he could place the indoor conduit along the seam where the wall and ceiling met.
He said, Sure, and that's exactly where it went. The outdoor conduit was done that way, too.
The word that comes to mind is meticulous.
I found Nick very easy to work with. He's confident, communicative, punctual, and clean.
I'm totally satisfied with his work and am super-happy I called.

I called the service to set up an appointment for someone to give me an estimate on replacing my main service panel. The person that took the appointment wrote down the wrong phone number. After they were 2 hours late I called and no one answered the phone. The person that called back had a caller ID that did not say Delta electric so I let it go to voicemail. When I found out who it was I called them right back immediately once again they did not answer so I left a message. 24 hours passed with no phone call back so I left another message. Still no phone call this company will not be getting my business, if you can't answer the phone or keep a simple appointment imagine what the work is going to be like.

The two men worked in a professional manner and got the job done I could not ask for any more than that job well done
