I've been meaning to write this review for a while, but finally getting some downtime to do it because of the pandemic. Edwin was very professional and helpful when he came to my house to install a couple outlets. He even went above and beyond and helped me do some wiring for my home entertainment system and let me borrow a video tool to help with the project. Would highly recommend! (By the way, I’ve got your tool, still, Edwin!)

I was very impressed with the customer service in execution of my EV charger installation. These guys are really great. I submitted my deposit on Sunday night and had my charger installation scheduled the following morning. Lightning fast! They are really investing resources to be the best service available. All these other electricians had weeks worth of appointments or made you second guess their education level. I would definitely use Willow Glen again. My only complaint would be on cost. They are expensive for 1hr worth of installation work. But in return you get top customer service, turn key coordination with permitting, all the paperwork, materials, and warranty.

I have received high quality service from JJ Electric. I was very impressed with JJ's professionalism and knowledge. He responded to my urgent requirement and took care of the problem right away for a reasonable price.

We’ve used Hertzfield Electric for several years on all our electrical needs at our home and they are THE BEST by far of any electricians we’ve had over the 17 years in our home. They are professional, extremely competent, on time, stick with the estimate that’s been given us, explain their work in terms we understand, etc. Everyone we’ve had come from their team have been the same. Words cannot express how GRATEFUL I am with the help of CA ELECTRICAL GROUP - 24/7. I shot them a message, they called back a few days later (cause it was the 4th of July) and they sent over Omri the same day! Omri gave off a humble vibe, working man doing his job. He figured out what the issue was right away and he happened to have the piece I needed in his truck! My dryer is up and running again, one less thing for me to worry about! We definitely recommend Omri and the company and will definitely be calling them for any other issues we encounter!

I have had Main Stream electric out to my home on several jobs. From small jobs-replacing a burnt switch- to running a new circuit in the kitchen. When I was first looking for electrical contractors I had a hard time finding a company that would come out for the small jobs. Main stream has always been reliable and providing excellent work. It is hard to find both of those qualities in contractors.
I highly recommend Main Stream electrical for all of your electrical needs.

The service person was punctual, polite, explained what had to be done as he encountered a new problem. Most of all, I appreciate that he did not leave my place a mess. I had Dollens come out to bid on installing a standby generator and they were friendly, on time, and professional. They walked me through options, explained what they were looking out and why and asked lots of follow up questions to make sure i was getting a bid for everything i wanted and needed.

Bill was awesome! knowledgeable and helpful. I just moved in back in May, and Bill has come out multiple times to support update the plumbing in my home and make sure is in tip-top shape. I so appreciate he has done! He is punctual, knowledgeable, and fair. Cannot endorse him enough!

I never write reviews, even bad ones, but I want to give a warning to anyone who has done business with this company before and anyone who is considering it:

I called Pacific Coast Electricians in San Jose to discuss the problem with my dimming lights whenever a big appliance is turned on. We agreed on a price and I Signed up. The next day when the electricians failed to show up after waiting 3 1/2 hours, calling numerous times (which I had to do, they didn’t even bother to get ahold of me) I decided to cancel my contract -well before the 3 day limit according to their contract and federal law-. For most companies this wouldn’t be an issue, but they are now withholding my down payment claiming they had already spent $743 of my money on a permit and they cant get the money back, plus they’re charging me a “$350 diagnostic fee”.

Well, I called the San Jose Permit office and was told that:
1. They didn’t cancel the permit.
2. I am able to get a refund but the company has to cancel since they applied in their name
3. The fee was $199 NOT $743

Even with all the evidence of scamming they are still trying to fight me. Now they’re claiming the extra $543 is because of the 4 hours of work put into the permit (because they certainly didn’t put any work into my home), but that is not what she said before, and I’ve seen the permit- it would not take 4 hours to apply.

I’m not a fighter, and I think they knew that, but this isn’t right so I’m fighting now. It is unacceptable to take advantage of customers especially hard working ones who trusted your company. I hope anyone who has worked with this company before looks up any permit information and ask for all receipts to make sure they weren’t scammed as well.

I needed some electrical issues fixed in my old kitchen so I called Safety First Electric. The electrician that was sent out was extremely polite and professional and arrived in the given timeframe. He showed me what all the problems were and came up with a fair price to complete the job. Everything is now in proper working order. Highly recommend.

I contacted HNES and talked to Randy regarding powerwall installation and the used of the SGIP program. Randy was really knowledgeable and provided all answers to my questions. Unfortunately after Randy researched, I would not qualified the SGIP equity resiliency program.
