I accidentally dropped a very sentimental piece of jewelry down the drain and panicked. I called a few places and no one could schedule for the day I called—except Pacific Coast Home Services. I got text messages with status messages and even a photo of the technician coming to my house. Rafael was very kind—even bending down to make my jittery dog feel less nervous with a stranger. To get my jewelry was actually something I could have done myself but I had no idea. Rafael showed me how to get into the pipe, and did so without making me feel stupid. He took it as a teaching moment, which I appreciated. I thought the service was very responsive and professional. Definitely calling them again in the future.

We are very happy with the repair work Georgy from Fuse HVAC performed on our residential AC system. He showed up on time and was courteous and professional in his dealings with us. In what I consider a sign of his professionalism and commitment to the work, he stayed until 9:30pm to ensure the job got done. We will absolutely contact Fuse again for any future HVAC work.
