I had the pleasure of having your electrician, Curtis Gordon, work in my home on Friday. He was extremely professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He listened to all my questions and concerns and answered all of them. I have had many workers in my home, and he totally raised the bar of the quality of workers! He continuously praised your company, and was obviously proud to be a part of it. He quickly went from room to room up grading most of my electrical outlets. He left no messes, and apologized to have to cut some tile in my kitchen. When he finished, there was no tile looking different. Marvelous quality! James has helped us in times of electrical trouble twice now. He installed some new light connections outside of our garage and figured out what was causing our entire house to not function properly due to a strange electrical connection in our bathroom. Troubleshoot circuit problem and fix it.

Sam diagnosed the electrical issue and replaced the GCFI switch within 20 minutes. He was very courteous and professional. Only drawback, a little pricey.

This project involved remodeling a 2 BR unit. Old dark fixtures were replaced with bright recessed lights . Bedroom switches connected to actual lights instead of just an outlet. E.L. did an excellent job, as usual, at a reasonable price. They are my go to guys for all our electrical needs. Go ahead and give them a call, you will be glad you did..

WATCH OUT! I was not offered time and materials. Only a fixed price for the job. When I got the bill that must be paid NOW, I figure the electrician made $500 per hour. I guess he was an independent contractor for Green Electric (the green stands for $$$)

Replaced our ceiling fan in our master bedroom. They were fast and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend!

Had outlets installed in the baseboards of a couple of rooms. They work fine and it passed inspection, but the way the wiring was run in the crawl space was not so good. Instead of routing the wires over the pipes and beams they took the shortest path which leaves them in the way for any future work in the crawl space. At one place the wires run around the drain pipes which will interfere with any plumbing work to be done.

I recently contacted Carter Electric to confirm a service order placed through my home warranty company. I was impressed by the professionalism of their employees, especially Jessica. She confirmed the appointment time/date and asked a few questions regarding the nature of the problem. We also discussed a prior service call from last year, which was somewhat similar but warranted a service call in which the technician successfully corrected the problem. After making a few suggestions, Jessica was able to guide me to take a few simple actions that immediately resolved the problem. In the most pleasant and professional manner, she put my interests first, even though it resulted in a cancelled service call. FIVE STARS to Carter Electric and Jessica. Customer service doesn't get any better than this!

Best electrician I have every had. Punctual, professional, works quickly and you would never know anything was done as he cleans perfectly. Would recommend him to anyone.
