I had a very good experience with Lee Jimenez. I lost power in part of my house on Friday around 4:00 pm. I called several places and no one could come soon enough. After explaining my situation to Lee he came over with a very reasonable fee and stayed until solved and fixed the problem. I was very impressed by his knowledge, care, and service. He stayed long enough to make sure that there are no more problems. I will keep his contact for future needs also very confidently referring him to my family and friends.

Repaired hallway two-way switch and replaced a GFI. Done with both in 20 minutes.

Called & spoke to a live message lady rep on Saturday, but no return call as she promised, but got text next day from owner Devren & sent pics of broken short electric cord needing replacement as he requested. No response. The next day, Monday, he responds saying min $175. + part to do, yes, for a $10. part replacement in a tiny portable bbq rotisserie motor worth $65. He refuses me meeting him at his shop or home to avoid “service call” drive & $200. charge. Very inflexible & not into small jobs. Sad. Beware

After getting multiple quotes from different contractors we decided to go with Rapid, they beat other competitors by about $200 and they were able to complete the job the same day. Owner Dan and his entire crew are very unhelpful. They fail to properly assess the needs of the client and to give expert advice on what it takes to address the business' needs. They are unhelpful, hostile and rude to the client. They are aggressive and derogatory in their dealings with the customer even though we have given them repeat business. They push for getting paid before they make sure their job is properly installed, tested and functional. I urge you strongly to look for your interest and think twice about hiring them and get yourself into a lot of aggravation and poor service as I have done.

I met Randy at my place of business and asked about a service panel upgrade for my home.He was able to quote my project right then.He and his crew handled everything from the permits and service disconnect to the installation and inspection.I am very happy with their work from beginning to end.i have since had another large project completed by Carter Electric and received the same high level of service.I would like to thank Mike and Marty for their help in getting my shop squared away and safe, and also for letting me help out with the non-technical grunt work.If I have any more electrical projects in the future, Carter electric is my first choice.
