Mike B. came to my house to help me fix a faulty outlet. He was prompt, polite, and professional, and helped me work out the issue and fix it. When it became apparent that it was actually a very simple fix (that I probably should have noticed and fixed myself), Mike did his best to keep the price down with a coupon, so I wouldn't be overcharged. Even though I probably shouldn't have called for professional help that time, I will definitely be calling Point Loma Electric next time I have an electrical issue because Mike was so helpful and professional.

Zed installed and replaced several smoke alarms , some of which were wired in and had to be disconnected , not just taken off the wall . They were quick, efficient, knowledable and I will call them for any electrical problem in future

Looking for someone to trust and do a honest job can be challenging. Knowing that companies who advertise to keep their business on the top of searches always makes me wonder Who's paying for that advertising . I called twice and set up appointments for the electrician to come and replace a light fixture. Both times he failed to show up and neither called to say he was running late or say he wasn't coming. Nor did the company offer an apology or a reason for someone not showing up. If I'm expected to be here waiting for them at a certain time I expect the same courtesy.

The price was really good and they had availability on short notice- also the work was really good, so for that they get 5 stars.I needed a sub panel to get rid of all the old Zinsco breakers on my main panel and they delivered. Works great. Only problem, and this was a lack of info on everyone's part and not related to work quality- we needed a permit, this isn't required in the city of SD so they were not aware, but where I live in north county, the sub panel required a permit- so Matt helped me get it inspected and permitted afterward, which I appreciate.
