Arranged a time to come and repair electrical outlet. I waited during the time window. Nobody showed up. Followed up with a text, no reply. Ghosted!I guess ‘no job too small’ doesn’t apply to these guys. It had been nice of them to let me know instead of wasting my time!

After calling him for help with a power outage, he responded immediately, but couldn't come out due to his schedule. However, he provided consulting expertise on what to do despite not being on the clock. In fact, he followed up later to see how things worked out after recommending calling SDG&E to have them address the issue first. When I told him the result of the visit, he provided additional recommendations on what to do next. He will be the first one I call for any future electrical issue. Thank you Lawrence!***

My wife and I wanted an additional outlet installed in our bathroom, we called Emerald Pacific and chatted with Chris about it. The electrician John came out the next day and had it ready for us in no time. Thorough in his explanation and workflow he did an outstanding job. He even cleaned up the worksite once wrapped. Very happy with the service and will use them again in the future.

I found Premo Electric doing a internet search for an electrician in San Diego.George was very polite and courteous he was even able to come out the same day to fix a issue I was having with part of my kitchen that was without power.George was able to find a bad circuit breaker that was in my panel and even fix some other issues I didn't know existed. George is extremely knowledgeable and very professional.If your looking for an electrician don't waste your time Premo Electric will get the job done correctly. Have used Robs four times. They installed a ceiling fan - and cracked the light glass but made good replacing it. A second install of lighting in an attic room was smooth - crew was friendly. Everything works well. Rob himself installed a motion sensor switch and AFIP plug a third time.The most recent work was to replace the light socket in an exterior pole light - a sort of carriage lantern which had shorted out. One worker was sent. He replaced the part, but work was poor. The fixture was loose, didn't make contact. Stopped working first night. I called again - same man sent. He fiddled with the part - same result, now bulb ended up crooked and didn't work at night. I called a third time - Rob was in the airport and seemed exasperated. The conversation went in the direction of him losing money on the job. I proposed that if his worker would help me remove the lantern part off the pole ( It is a two man job)- I would take it to a shop and have it (properly) repaired. We agreed on a date and time. I sent a text to remind him. When they didn't show I called Rob and he agreed to come next day after finishing current job. Never came, never called.I understand his resistance to keep sending someone which costs him money. On the other hand, all I wanted was a working light. I paid $300 and I still don't have a working light. The worker who was involved should have assessed the situation and realized this was not a quick - on site fix and suggest removing the fixture.Rob left me high and dry. Are you next?

We worked with Horlando at CLD electric (and some limited encounters with Jerry). Horlando installed an outlet ~160ft from our home for a pool and completed work outlined on a home inspection report we received prior to buying our current home.It was a substantial amount of work - replacing all outlets in the kitchen, adding junction boxes in the attic for exposed splices, fixing faulty wiring and substandard work completed by previous electricians (or by the previous owner). I asked for details on every installation and how it addresses items in the inspection report, which Horlando provided. He was respectful of our request to keep a mask on indoors and was flexible about scheduling. I also believe we were given a price that was more than fair.Jerry returned my initial call to schedule the work on the same day and had Horlando out to start on the pool outlet the next day. Initially the timer for the pool outlet was faulty. When I called, Jerry offered to have it fixed that same day (we opted to wait until the day the rest of the work was scheduled). I am very satisfied by their professionalism and timeliness and will be returning for any future work we need.

Alex with AC/DC Electric is AMAZINGLY AWESOME!! We needed help right away. Our troubles started early Sunday morning with a loud sound & then loss of lights. Alex got right back to us, rearranged his schedule to help us Monday AM. It was a big job, Alex works relentlessly, he’s talented, honest, caring, & very careful about cleaning up any messes. Pete is a great to work with, not only was he totally transparent with cost, time and explaining what he was going to do, and what it would take but easy to understand and I felt comfortable using him to install our Electric Vehicle power outlet in the garage. I called Rock Electric Friday evening about 6 p.m. and Richard came out 7 a.m. Saturday morning. We are so appreciative for his quick response and his professionalism. Owner Dan and his entire crew are very unhelpful. They fail to properly assess the needs of the client and to give expert advice on what it takes to address the business' needs. They are unhelpful, hostile and rude to the client. They are aggressive and derogatory in their dealings with the customer even though we have given them repeat business. They push for getting paid before they make sure their job is properly installed, tested and functional. I urge you strongly to look for your interest and think twice about hiring them and get yourself into a lot of aggravation and poor service as I have done.
