Everyone from point loma electric and plumbing that I spoke with was polite, friendly and professional. They are easy to reach via phone. Their response time is excellent for calling me back and confirming an appointment. Mike called when he arrived at my unit. He wore covers over his shoes to protect my floors and carpet from outside debris. He was very personable and respectful. They were able to fix my fan qyickly and efficiently. They are a wonderful company. I wish all companies were so pleasant to work with.

I had a customer who needed a fan swap and 2 kitchen gfi’s that stopped working. Once he had the job in hand, he sent over a bid for the job and was able to complete the work in a timely manner. Aaron was very communicative and his electrician, James, was very respectful (wearing a mask during these COVID times), efficient, and completed all tasks on hand. With this going as smoothly as it did, I already have him booked for a second job!

Mine was an urgent issue as two circuits in my house shorted following a hurried Tesla powerwall installation. James was busy, but made time in his schedule within that same day, and made helpful suggestions about how to cope until he could arrive. His work was fast and efficient, and he explained everything to me as he went. I'll definitely use him again for our future electrical needs.

I had an issue at my home, they were able to give me advice over the phone to fix the problem saving me both time and money. Great service, I had called a few others and they all wanted to charge me a bunch of money to solve what was a small fix I could do myself. Had a GFCI outlet short and burn in my kitchen and wanted to have a pro handle it to make sure there weren't any other issues. Chris was able to squeeze me in that day, arrived within a very reasonable time window, and did the work for a good price (cheaper than the first place I called). I'll definitely call Emerald Pacific again for electrical work.

I cannot recommend Premo Electric enough! On 12/23/2022, I had a major emergency with a burned outlet that caught fire in my home. I called Premo Electric in a panic, and they were able to dispatch one of their electricians, Sean, to my home within a matter of hours.From the moment Sean arrived, I could tell he was a true professional. He immediately assessed the situation and identified the problem as a faulty outlet. He then replaced it with a GFCI outlet, a proper one, and carefully checked the rest of my electrical system to ensure there were no other issues.What impressed me most about Sean was his attention to detail. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and why, and he made sure to double-check his work before he left. I have never felt so confident and reassured by an electrician before.I am so grateful to Premo Electric and Sean for saving the day and preventing further damage to my home. They truly went above and beyond in their service, and I will definitely be using them for all of my future electrical needs. I contacted Trevor about installing a 220v outlet for a Level 2 EV charger in my garage. Trevor was responsive, friendly and took time to look at the particulars of our installation before giving any quotes. Trevor's pricing was very competitive with the other quotes i received, and one thing i certainly appreciated was when you call, you speak directly to the person doing the work.He did a great job, cleaned up and everything cost what was quoted with no surprises.I asked Trevor about some other work i was considering in the future, he did not up sell and offered other options i had not considered that would meet my same goals for lower cost.I am happy to now have a reliable electrician for any future needs. Have used Robs four times. They installed a ceiling fan - and cracked the light glass but made good replacing it. A second install of lighting in an attic room was smooth - crew was friendly. Everything works well. Rob himself installed a motion sensor switch and AFIP plug a third time.The most recent work was to replace the light socket in an exterior pole light - a sort of carriage lantern which had shorted out. One worker was sent. He replaced the part, but work was poor. The fixture was loose, didn't make contact. Stopped working first night. I called again - same man sent. He fiddled with the part - same result, now bulb ended up crooked and didn't work at night. I called a third time - Rob was in the airport and seemed exasperated. The conversation went in the direction of him losing money on the job. I proposed that if his worker would help me remove the lantern part off the pole ( It is a two man job)- I would take it to a shop and have it (properly) repaired. We agreed on a date and time. I sent a text to remind him. When they didn't show I called Rob and he agreed to come next day after finishing current job. Never came, never called.I understand his resistance to keep sending someone which costs him money. On the other hand, all I wanted was a working light. I paid $300 and I still don't have a working light. The worker who was involved should have assessed the situation and realized this was not a quick - on site fix and suggest removing the fixture.Rob left me high and dry. Are you next?

We bought our first house recently and the electrical was not allowing us to function. We quickly needed new outlets in the kitchen, outside, recessed lighting in the family room, entrance way, and kitchen, dimmers in the bedrooms, and there was a ceiling fan that was moved unprofessionally that left live wires hanging from the ceiling. Mike came out shortly after I called and did a complete walk-through. He was beyond nice and didn’t want to go with any other company. The two men that came to our home to do the jobs were unbelievably nice and professional. They genuinely enjoy their jobs and walked us through everything that was being done. At no point did we have to question a thing. Mike even came by during the job to check in. Such a great company and couldn’t thank them enough for helping us with our home. *HIGHLY RECOMMEND*

I can't say enough good things about this company and Thorin. When I first contacted them, they responded within minutes, setting up an appointment for the following day. They were honest and efficient and went the extra mile to make sure that I had a solution as quickly as possible. The day of the service I had a strict time constraint as the house was scheduled for fumigation and tenant move-in immediately after the tent removal. Thorin was very punctual and had the issue diagnosed and fixed within a few minutes. I love this company! I would defiantly hire them again.
