He fixed my smoke alarm n less than 15 min n came back when I couldn't figure out were a beeping noise was coming from. At no charge to me. Really a great guy and human being. Extra nice. I've hired Premo Electric on multiple occasions first I have to say the customer service is above the 5 stars if they had 10 stars this would be for them. George personally is a very good person and very reliable. First I want to say thank you Premo Electric for installing and designing all my LED recessed lighting.George an team personally installed over 125 led recessed lights in my home it may seem like a lot but I have a very big Estate and they were able to design and install all my lighting throughout my home and I got to say I'm very pleased with the way that it turned out. My wife and I we're a little concerned about our kids bedroom in the light that would be installed inside the rooms. Premo Electric and team were able to install dimmers on the lights so that it wasn't too bright but also wasn't too Dim as well. The dimmers also came with the night light so you put it all the way down one of the lights stay on a little bit without turning the light switch all the way off so it wasn't too bright this was extremely awesome and they did it in the perfect design.The lighting project took approximately three and a half to 4 days and throughout the whole time they were very very clean it's amazing I don't even think our live in maid has cleaned as much and as good as Premo Electric and team has done. Overall, I see we're all very good reviews come from and I am very impressed. Not only was the quality amazing but the finish is absolutely phenomenal. I'm not the usual person to praise about someone's work but these guys are the real deal and I would highly recommend them if you're going to be doing any type of lighting throughout your home thank you George and also Premo Electric for your help you have been absolutely amazing more than you would ever know.What was really important to me was the fact they were able to give a fairy accurate over the phone estimate so it did not require a fall in home consultation. They had written a estimate with a few questions that they had asked me so I was able to get a very accurate price for the actual work this save me time which is money and overall was a perfect experience.

Alex got right back to us, rearranged his schedule to help us Monday AM. It was a big job, Alex works relentlessly, he’s talented, honest, caring, & very careful about cleaning up any messes. I met Randy at my place of business and asked about a service panel upgrade for my home.He was able to quote my project right then.He and his crew handled everything from the permits and service disconnect to the installation and inspection.I am very happy with their work from beginning to end.i have since had another large project completed by Carter Electric and received the same high level of service.I would like to thank Mike and Marty for their help in getting my shop squared away and safe, and also for letting me help out with the non-technical grunt work.If I have any more electrical projects in the future, Carter electric is my first choice.
