James came this morning and did a walk through for a quote on our new home in Golden Hill/South Park. He was helpful, followed Covid precautions, and gave me an idea for how long the work will take. Awaiting the quote but so far, I really appreciated the clear conversation about the work to be done and that fact he didn’t try to up-sell me on work to do.

I would recommend Laurence Kolb to anyone interested in having a perfect lighting/electrical experience. I found Laurence online and contacted him. We arranged a time when he could look over the lights I wanted to install. He was prompt and courteous. After choosing the fixtures I wanted, we found they wouldn't work for the situation I had with an older house/electrical, so we texted and spoke several times to make sure I could find what would work. I love my lights, but the best part was Laurence's straight forward explanations of what would work and why. No corners cut; expert. patient advice and counsel. I will request his help again when I'm ready for the next project.

I was EXTREMELY impressed with how on top they were with communication. Rick was on top of it. So very professional and Julian, who installed our ceiling fan, was amazing. On time, did an awesome job. Would go through them again.

Lee hard wired 11 Smoke / Carbon Monoxide Detectors as per my plans from Fire Marshal. Lee ran all the wires, made all the holes, installed all the mounts, wired all the Detectors Tested everything worked correctly the first time! He also did all the Ceiling patched all the holes and painted looks like it never happened. I forgot to mentioned the he sweeper and Moped every area he worked on. Another thing! Lee even called the Fire Marshal and asked him what was the correct way of contacting the wires.Lee you did some Amazing work (Thank You! ) Trustworthy, Great Attitude, worked to finish my job as soon as Possible. I can go on for a couple more pages. SUPER HAPPY?

I finally found a solid electrician! I highly recommend Premo Electric to anyone looking for quality work done to code. No funny or shotty work with these guys. Situation... Renting a new house. Older home. Some outlets are not grounded. Electricians that Ive spoke to have told me a ground to the house is needed in order to prevent....1. Fire to the home.2. Electric injury to person.3. Electrical damage to property (computers and such)Rob himself calls me and starts to question me about who told me about the house requiring a ground. I explained to him all I needed was documentation from a certified electrician that...1. The house does not need to be grounded / a ground.2. The house meets all current electrical codes.3. The house has been inspected by a certified, licensed electrician.Robs Responce...1. You sound scared2. You sound stupid3. You sound like a scammer???4. You are lucky you have somewhere to live?Again he called me.I call him back and ask him for his last name and he hangs up on me. Real professional.Long story short... I wouldn't waste a penny on this piece of scrap.

Cannot recommend. Technician stated that the electric panel had to be replaced as the breaker needing replacing was no longer available. (Turns out that the breakers are readily available.) I accepted a quote for the work and waited the expected two+ months for permits but did not hear from them. I called after about 5 months, and they said they would check on the permits but never called me back. I gave up after giving them more-than-enough time to get permits and fit me in their schedule.
