Bryan explained issues with panel, outlets and tested to see where issues caused power outage in the kitchen area. Bryan took time to check rest of house to see if there may be other issues. One outlet needed to be changed out since not the right kind. Changed to GFI.

Its actually been quite a while since we asked Emerald to do some work on our house, but I just realized that I never provided them with a much deserved 5 star review. The work was pretty standard (installing new lighting, switching old fixtures in recessed lighting, installing a fan and an outdoor fixture), but due to the way our house had previously been wired, the job was a little bigger than it should have been. Regardless, the team was efficient, incredibly professional, and was able to complete all parts of the job at a fair price. Also, I have to say that this team was also made up of genuinely kind, good people. Without going into details, we had a totally unrelated problem come up around the house, and the Emerald team (we had three at the house, I think) all jumped in to help without a bit of hesitation, offering support and hands on assistance (while still wrapping up the job on time). So if you want good quality electric work done be really great people, go with them.

HECK electric was referred by my clients, and I called because half my kitchen wasn't turnings on. I assumed I would have to wait a few weeks, I told Trevor what my issue was, and said let's do a service call, and see what's up. I thought I would hear from him later to schedule a service call. He texted me and said he was on his way. I couldn't believe it. He checked everything my solar, which he found an issue with.. and he checked all my breakers .. and saw that my panel was old and needs to be updated. He got my kitchen up and running ? and he's going to schedule to panel update .. and was very detailed as to what will be done,and what to expect. He's great ?

Richard is very professional when he visited my home. He’s very helpful and answered all my questions. He gave me a fair price and I was very pleased on the work. He first replaced my circuit breaker and because of his good work, I called him back to install a celling fan in my master bedroom. I will continue to use him for any further electrical needs.

The power in multiple areas of our house went out on a Friday afternoon (after hours of course). I spent all weekend trying to find an electrician but none answered their phones. On Monday I finally got in touch with someone and he stated he would be over the following day after work. This person never showed up and did not call, which left me back at square one again. Note, the power was off in my office and garage and kitchen. So my journey started all over again to find an electrician. I called several businesses and was again told it would be another week before someone could come out. I finally got in touch with Rob and I was pleasantly surprised when he said he could send someone out. Aaron, showed up within 30 minutes of my call, quickly assessed the problem, corrected the problem and was finished within one hour. He was very professional and informed us what was going on as he was trying to locate the problem. It should be noted that the internet was out during this time, which is my husband's life line and he was having a melt down because he couldn't communicate with his friends. (We are both senior citizens with disabilities.) Anyway, I highly recommend Rob's Electrical Services for any of your electrical needs. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Talked to Alex and got a quote for EV charger for our new Tesla. Cheapest quote compare to other two places. They were really professional and did a great job. We also used them for LED conversion through out the house.

We recently bought a Tesla, and needed to have a 240 line installed. The salesperson told us to call Peter first, and we are thrilled that we did. He came to our house on the very same day that we called him, to visualize and plan how he would go about installing the line. Peter explained everything before he did any work, and then showed us what he was doing every step of the way. He is incredibly professional, amazingly knowledgeable, fast, clean, and congenial. He did a truly fabulous job, and would not leave until he was assured that the work he did was to our satisfaction. He followed up the very next morning to make sure that everything was working properly. It is obvious that Peter loves his job and has a passion for working for, and with, his customers. If there were ten stars Peter would certainly have earned them!!

Circuit in my kitchen went out and Richard came by and began troubleshooting the problem. Turned out I had a microwave that was overloading the circuit.I have a old 1959 home, and electrical can be difficult to fix. He figured out the problem at a reasonable price. It was a pleasure working with Richard who is a very thoughtful and punctual gentleman.
