Best Electrician Wiring in San Diego CA

Ramon Ramirez and David Sanchez were absolutely phenomenal! I recently moved into an older house that had really out-of-date wiring, and I wanted to get GFCI on almost all of the outlets, and I also wanted to run a Cat7 ethernet cable along the outside of the house to the entertainment room. I called Point Loma Electric and Plumbing on 12/18, and they were able to send out Ramon on 12/27 to do the initial inspection, which was thorough and much faster than I expected. Then, he was able to schedule the actual work to be done on 12/29, at which point Ramon and David were sent out to actually do everything. They got here right on time, and they were able to get everything finished in less than 4 hours. Their work was absolutely excellent: you can tell that they're professionals who take great pride in their work. I'm actually typing this review while I am watching a 4K movie on my TV that's plugged into the ethernet cable and GFCI box they installed, and it's playing perfectly smoothly (and safely!) without any hiccups :-) Thanks, Ramon and David!

I had a problem with the power in certain parts of my house not going through and they sent someone out that same day. They arrived promptly and right when they said they would and fix my problem right away. They gave me accurate pricing up front and no surprises after they finish. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. I moved into a new place and some of the lights didn’t work. The electrician came by and barely looked at anything and said that I needed a new breaker and all of this other stuff to fix everything that would total up to $1,300. I talked to another electrician that came by and fixed everything for less than $500. Total scammers, stay away.

Professional and courteous

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff - Jerry and Rico. We had the initial installation done and had some issues with the fan but the company happily came back out to inspect it and we determined it was a manufacturer issue. I will be calling them again for the subsequent jobs.

Called Mike to get a ceiling fan installed. He was super prompt in scheduling and within a week I had my new fan installed and running in my room. Kept me cool during the hot summer months in San Diego. I recommend Shamrock Electric for reliable and fast service.
