I had an outstanding experience at Electric City.I had to have a 220 hook up because I was receiving a new Jacuzzi in two days.It was quite a large job. First of all, my technician Lee, came out the same day to assess my situation and give me quote.I was a customer service manager at Macys for many years, and I always notice what kind of service I receive.Lee had an excellent attitude and was professional, the entire time he was here.!He explained things well, and I got an honest feeling from him.There were a few glitches and he came out to help the situation ….a few times . I was impressed and very grateful.His associate, Eric was also extremely polite and had a great attitude as well. I truly appreciated that.

5 STARS!!! Premo electric is the most professional lighting company I have ever worked with!! I called them when another electrician seemed clueless as to where to place the lights in our kitchen, living room, and game/laundry room. Bennie arrived and immediately got to work measuring each area precisely using a laser and string. (I am a perfectionist and he was VERY patient and equally careful in his work.) He was an expert on rules of lighting placement and was able to tell me where exactly to place my lights above the kitchen counters and how much extra space to allow for cabinets/crown molding that might protrude when the kitchen remodel was finished. He also advised me on the perfect lighting “temperature” of 3500 so that my kitchen looked brighter than the standard 2700 without being too harsh. I trusted him so much, I asked him to install my very expensive “bubble” chandelier and pendants. (See pics) I LOVE how everything turned out!! I will be calling Premo and requesting Bennie (and his assistant Peter!) for all my future electrical needs :) Also shout-out to Richard and George for always fitting me into their very busy schedule—thanks guys!!

They provided high quality electrical services for our home. They replaced all the wirings for some of lighting, also they replaced some breakers with very decent fees. Since then there is no problem with lighting/breaker tripping. I highly recommend AC/DC Electric.

Peter is extremely knowledgeable. I feel very fortunate to have hired him to install my Tesla charger. He asked questions re my usage of the car (miles driven per day, week, etc.) and explained why I really didn’t need to buy a $400 Tesla home charger, but could use a $45 Gen2 NEMA adapter instead. His charge to do the install was also $100 less than other electricians had quoted. I would highly recommend him!

Phillip was so professional and quick but so efficient! He was extremely detail oriented and found the cause of the problem so he completely fixed it- so happy! The company ghosted me after coming out to my home to take a look.The person on the phone and the guy who came out were polite and helped answer questions, even explaining that they don't do mini-split installs anymore due to liability issues.In the end, I guess the work didn't amount to much, so they figured it wasn't worth even an email to let me know they wouldn't be interested. It gives bad business vibes when you can't even conduct simple communication like, We appreciate you contacting us, but we're not able to assist you email.

Everytime I ran my Ac unit in my house the power would get shut off to my house unless I unplugged everything else. I could not even watch tv if my ac was on. It was really a simple fix and I had to have my electrical outlet upgraded to a higher voltage. The ac would not only trip my breaker for that one outlet it would trip the master switch for the whole house. My house had been wired improperly so Shamrock electric redid a lot of the electrical work to my breaker box. i have been able to run my AC ever since without any problems. Mike is a great electrician, one I was happy I decided to use.
