HONEST AND HELPFUL. I called about a damaged wire inside an interior wall. I think that 99.99% of all electrical contractors would have immediately set up an appointment for a visit by an electrician. Instead, Electricians San Diego asked me very specific questions and also had me text them a picture of the wires. We spent at least 10 minutes on the phone. They clearly described the issue and told me I could easily fix it myself! A company that does not seem to want to gouge you and in fact takes time to help for free? Amazing. So even though I have not met them, I plan to use them for any electrical issue I may have.

Frank came out to install a ceiling fan for me. It wasn't a standard install but he was able to trouble shoot it and make it work! It looks and works great. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and fair pricing. Will definitely use again and refer to others. Thank you Frank!

Lee hard wired 11 Smoke / Carbon Monoxide Detectors as per my plans from Fire Marshal. Lee ran all the wires, made all the holes, installed all the mounts, wired all the Detectors Tested everything worked correctly the first time! He also did all the Ceiling patched all the holes and painted looks like it never happened. I forgot to mentioned the he sweeper and Moped every area he worked on. Another thing! Lee even called the Fire Marshal and asked him what was the correct way of contacting the wires.Lee you did some Amazing work (Thank You! ) Trustworthy, Great Attitude, worked to finish my job as soon as Possible. I can go on for a couple more pages. SUPER HAPPY?

The installation crew were extremely good. They worked cleaning and efficiently; they cleaned up after themselves; they ensured that the stucco exterior of the house was water tight with the work that they had done. We highly appreciate the work that they did today.

The power in multiple areas of our house went out on a Friday afternoon (after hours of course). I spent all weekend trying to find an electrician but none answered their phones. On Monday I finally got in touch with someone and he stated he would be over the following day after work. This person never showed up and did not call, which left me back at square one again. Note, the power was off in my office and garage and kitchen. So my journey started all over again to find an electrician. I called several businesses and was again told it would be another week before someone could come out. I finally got in touch with Rob and I was pleasantly surprised when he said he could send someone out. Aaron, showed up within 30 minutes of my call, quickly assessed the problem, corrected the problem and was finished within one hour. He was very professional and informed us what was going on as he was trying to locate the problem. It should be noted that the internet was out during this time, which is my husband's life line and he was having a melt down because he couldn't communicate with his friends. (We are both senior citizens with disabilities.) Anyway, I highly recommend Rob's Electrical Services for any of your electrical needs. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Scotty was incredibly kind, responsive, professional and was able to get the job done with quality. I had gotten a quote from another company here in San Diego but they could not compare to customer service CLD had provided. I would most definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone!

HORRIBLE! Placed a service request through American Home Shield insurance to fix an outlet in my dining room and City Last Electric was the vendor who came to “fix” the outlet. They fixed the outlet in the dining room but damaged two outlets in the kitchen in the process! When working on the outlet in the dining room, they checked three outlets in the kitchen (I do not know why since these were not part of the request and were working just fine). Two of the three outlets in the kitchen are now not working and City Last Electric “completed” the request through my insurance (they got paid)! I now have to file another claim with American Home Shield to fix these two outlets in the kitchen since City Last Electric will not come fix what they broke (I don’t want them anywhere near my home anyway) or even pay for the damage they caused. Hopefully American Home Shield drops them as a vendor!

Alex upgrade our service from 100A to 200A panel in order for us to add EV charger. He was very professional and did great job. I highly recommend them if you are looking for licensed electrician

I called Peter to get a pendant light and dimmer switch installed in my dining room. He was super responsive, and was able to do the work quickly and professionally. He also fixed up the wiring in the switches after he discovered that they had been installed hastily by the previous tenants. Highly recommended!

Awesome work!

I hired this company to upgrade my main circuit breaker panel coming into the house. The electrician replaced my old panel, but left a hole in my exterior wall because the new panel did not completely cover the old hole where the old panel was. He sealed around the panel with a sealant, but what good is that when there is over 12 inches completely exposed with a gap about an inch wide into my wall. To make matters worse, he installed a grounding rod in my cement in the back of my house about 10 feet from the panel in a walkway where someone could trip on the stake and potentially get hurt. In doing so, he broke a wire which was part of an electronic dog fence, which prevents my dog from escaping the back yard. I would not have been angry about this if he had simply told me so that the stake could be relocated. Instead, he heard the alarm which activated to alert me that the line had a break, and went in my garage and unplugged the main device to silence the alarm and did not tell me about it at all. I only discovered this after finding my dog running around the neighborhood and troubleshooting my electronic fence system. When I found it and plugged in back in, the loud alarm sounded and I was able to deduce what had occurred. When I called the company to complain and request that they relocate the grounding stake, they only dodged my request and told me that they had to have the technician contact me, which he never did.I will never do business with this company again. It is not just the one technician who failed to show any concern for my interests, but the customer service, who blew off my complaints and repeatedly told me they could not do anything but contact the technician. These people will just take your money and not stand behind their product.

The technician was on time and able to complete the requested work.His attention to detail as well as his care in cleaning up afterwards was outstanding. I really appreciated their flexibility, quality and professionalism and look forward to using their services moving forward.
