Best Electrical Inspections in San Diego CA

Just had one of their electricians in our home to fix the fact that there is no power in our small downstairs bathroom. They told me that they would not charge me to send someone out to my home. What they forgot to tell me is that they charge you a flat rate of $295 to analyze the possible problem and since we have an not normal electrical panel, it would cause me even more to fix it. Showed the electrician the door before he could do a diagnostic.

Not up front about pricing. They said they would put the service fee toward the repair. Then once they did the repair they said they never said that. My husband and I both heard them say it and my husband asked them again just to be clear before hiring them. Service fee was $250.They adamantly denied saying it. They were so incredibly rude. The guy said as yelling at my husband at the top of his lungs.We never give bad reviews. We just move on usually but this company was so awful. Do not lie to people and then yell at customers loud enough over the phone that their kids hear it from another room.The guy we dealt with said his name was Rick George. He would not give us the name of anyone above him that we could speak to.The guy who actually did the work was great though. He worked fast and was very polite.Do NOT trust this company. Or not Rick George anyway, if that’s his real name.In the end we paid $484 for one outlet repair.

We recently contacted Premo Electric to install 3 ceiling fans in our new condo. Richard at the main office lined us up with Niall (Nile) and his able assistant Peter for the work.With Richard's scheduling assistance, Nile and Peter arrived right on time and went to work. We had indicated there should be significant attic space for the installation, but we hadn't personally inpected things. Turns out there really wasn't such space to speak of.Given that fact we did incur a small, reasonable upcharge for additional work on 2 of the fans, and the guys went to work plotting the more challenging installations.Past experience had led to significant wall cuts and rather crude rough patchwork requiring repair to finish the walls. Within 4 hours the team was finishing up all three installations with only 3 small cuts - each no larger than the palm of a hand - and each professionally patched requiring minimal final finishing by our paint contractor!We have already had them back to install power above our fireplace for a TV mounting. This time there was NOT ONE cut in the wall!These are truly electrician magicians, and will be on call for any future electrical work we need. Assuming their other Premo work teams are as thorough, skilled and professional as Niall and Peter you can count on quality professional work from Premo Electric.Bill and SueOceanside, CA

Kevin at Bella just finished up an install of a 240 outlet for my new Electric Car. He was able to reroute amperage to my subpanel. He also replaced a bad breaker to make sure I was in good shape. Very professional and friendly.

We got a couple of outlets added to our garage so we could run power tools without needing extra long extension cords. We called around and had two different estimates. Rapid electric came in with the lowest price. We were a bit wary since they were the lowest, but they were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Jose was very friendly and made us very comfortable. Outlets work great and now I can work on my car without tripping over extension cords!

Zapp did great work. On time. Kind. Professional. And well priced. Had a ceiling fan and track light installed in my two story home where no crawl space was available. They were able to knock this job out and it looks great.
