I interviewed three electricians and Rock Electric (Richard) by far impressed me with their professionalism, knowledge of trade, recommendations, and translating technical aspects into layman’s terms so I could understand.We had can lighting, a fan, and switches updated in several rooms; everything looks amazing.Rock Electric worked around my schedule and communicates effortlessly so that I never wondered about what was going on. Rock provides all licensing info on a comprehensive quote so that everything a home owner might take into consideration is already there.I have already enlisted Rock Electric to help with a few other larger scale projects; they have taken the lead and are working with the city and SDG&E to take care of all the pre-requisite work.As long as Rock Electric is in business, I will use them for all my electrical needs.Benjamin Baize

Repaired hallway two-way switch and replaced a GFI. Done with both in 20 minutes.

Talked with them briefly over the phone to schedule. They said it was a simple 5 min job, and that they would only charge $40. The guy who comes out doesn't even look at the problem and says they need $2,000 to investigate. I counter with $500, and he says sure.I then proceed to fix the problem myself in 30 seconds.Don't do business with this fraudulent company.
