James was wonderful. He moved things around to help me. Another company dropped the ball on an installation and James flew to the rescue. In the process of the repair he found a serious issue that he immediately attended to. I can sleep much better knowing that my home is now safe for me and my girls. Thank you James. Premo Electric is great. I was having trouble with my ceiling fan. I spoke to several different people, including the manufacturer. None of them could solve my problem. I callled Premo, and spoke with Richard. In 5 minutes he knew exactly what the problem was, and walked me through the solution on the phone. It is a great company. I would recommend them anytime.

HORRIBLE! Placed a service request through American Home Shield insurance to fix an outlet in my dining room and City Last Electric was the vendor who came to “fix” the outlet. They fixed the outlet in the dining room but damaged two outlets in the kitchen in the process! When working on the outlet in the dining room, they checked three outlets in the kitchen (I do not know why since these were not part of the request and were working just fine). Two of the three outlets in the kitchen are now not working and City Last Electric “completed” the request through my insurance (they got paid)! I now have to file another claim with American Home Shield to fix these two outlets in the kitchen since City Last Electric will not come fix what they broke (I don’t want them anywhere near my home anyway) or even pay for the damage they caused. Hopefully American Home Shield drops them as a vendor!

Jesus was prompt and professional. He came out the next day to fix my car charger outlet that kept tripping the breaker. Found the problem right away. Fixed in no time! Will definitely use him in the future for other projects. Already got an estimate for the next one!

Mike and his company came from a recommendation a friend gave me. Mike was very professional while not being pushy. He listened to what we were interested in, gave us honest feedback and made it happen. We had an extra circuit added for a hot tub install, it was done clean and neat looking, concrete work was super nice and overall the experience was very easy and stress free. Miranda in the office is on top of everything and very helpful. We will be having them come back in a year to install our solar and a new breaker panel. Thanks guys........and gals.
