Troy was very professional and patient. Took time to explain what it would take to get my request done. After changing my mind took a look at my other concerns. Fix something i didn't call them out for. Great service very helpful and supremely knowledgeable of any questions i had. I will return to this company when the time comes for my electrical upgrades.

After calling a prior electrical company several times with no response I called Bolt Electric and I had them at my house within 2 days. Great customer service and promptness. They were very polite knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We will be calling them again.

I would definitely recommend Firefly Electric Service. They did a great job installing my generator interlock kit, main breaker kit and home surge protection. I got an estimate from three different companies, and even though they weren't the cheapest, they were the most detail oriented, had the best communication, quality was superb, and they were accommodating. Spend a few more bucks, but sleep with confidence. Sal and Josh were super knowledgeable, took pride in there work, and walked us through the entire set-up/proper operation. You guys got yourself a lifetime customer, and I feel more than comfortable recommending the company to my closest friends.

You will be treated like royalty.Jeff came out to our home today and I cannot recommend him enough! Not only was he professional and kind, but - he's a MASTER electrician! He installed our sconces perfectly level, at the exact dimensions we requested. Not only that, but he cleaned up our bathroom better than when we left it! We had a manufacture issue from the light sconce, and Jeff came back out to help us with the manufacture issue - not even his own issue - I mean, who does that anymore!? Jeff does! Jeff told us he used to have a larger crew, but wants to ensure his work by doing it all himself now. He's insured, drives a beautifully wrapped truck with his logo, and is the real deal. Hire him, you can thank me later and I promise you won't be disappointed. :)

Mr Ford charged my wife almost three hundred dollars to look at my hot tub BUT NOT ONLY did he not check hot tub, but he informed my wife we needed new circuits in our breaker and disassembled an outside electrical box! He disassembled it leaving wires hanging out! He told her he would be back in 2 days for an additional $800!! I was furious when I returned home to find out I was out 300.00 and my hot tub was never even looked at! It turns out it only needed a power cord which cost $75 to fix! I contacted him by email looking for a refund for the troubleshooting WHICH WAS NOT DONE and he sent me an email telling me to better communicate with my wife!! DO NOT USE THIS MAN NOR HIS COMPANY HE IS A CONARTIST AND I ALSO REPORTED HIM TO BBB!
