Best Electrical Troubleshooting in San Antonio TX

I had a dryer outlet/ wiring changed out. Robert and Cesar did a great job. On time, explained everything to me. I Will be using them again if I need any other services ?

John was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently during the 2 hrs. He finished two projects even though I was only expecting for him to finish one. Nice surprise! Based on service, I would have given 5 stars.He was 2 hrs late however. The appt was for 12p. I called the office at 12:15p and left a message. No one from the office ever called me back. John ended up calling on his personal cell at 1:30p and swinging by at 2p. It worked out because I work from home though it was still frustrating.Would've been nice to get a call confirming the appt the day before and then a call once they were running late.All that said, the service was great and I will give them a second chance.

I had an electrical job done by wired generations. These guys were prompt and fast. I always like when someone gives me a time and actually shows up on time. They did such a good job and were very clean that I later referred them to my mother in law and they rewired her whole house. She has an old house and everything was outdated including her breaker box which they also replaced. Excellent work was done and I didn't even have to hear her complain about anything!! That's always a plus! I also had Edward rewire my condo in Rockport after the hurricane. They did everything from top to bottom complete. It came out fantastic. My wife and I couldn't be more happy! Thank you for all your hard work guys!!

Chris with Denali was very professional, and did exactly what he said he would for a fair price. He was instrumental in coordinating the work performed by CPS and completed the project in less time than I anticipated.

Replaced inside circuit breaker panel and outside panel upgrade. Installed 4 gfi outlets and 2 light fixtures.

Neat Work. Prompt serivce. Took longer than expected but work was done patiently and very nicely. Problems that were created by the work were promptly addressed. Would definitely use them again!

Very responsive and professional business. Took care of all my needs in a timely manner. We had a slight hiccup on the AC unit install bc the distributor provided the wrong part but they were able to identify and respond to the issue in a timely manner and the install was a very reasonable price.

June of 2022 I hired him to do some work in my house, outlets , installing of a fan and connecting my microwave and put in a few more outlets . I should of know best to hire him when he arrived over 1 hour late and then he was on his cell with his kids and wife. then he did a terrible job and made a huge hole on my new cabinets which I had to ask him tom cover-up with a larger light plate. He gave me one quote then try charge me more, the fan in the bedroom is loose and now my panel trips up and my appliances go off.to add to this he brought his under age son to work and the young man seem uninterested in working and they made a mess of things.While he was here he gave me quote on this and I called him yesterday and he was trying to charge me $1,000.00 more than the quoted price.I only called YOU BIG RED to give you the opportunity to good on your word. waste of my time at the end when you quoted me GRAND more and said things went up in two months, You have a lot of personal drama that doesn't allow you to work well. Yu also have a passive aggressive way of being. of being .PEOPLE DO NOT USE HIM AT THE END HE IS AS EXPESSIVE AS ANY OTHER ELECTRICIAN AND MAY BE THE MORE UNPROFFESSIONAL ONE.

This man, Jason, has been incredible. I still need to pinch myself to realize this wasn't a dream. Jason went totally beyond anything any contractor has ever done for me. I am a senior citizen with a terminal disease. I live in a 1960 built house that I wanted to fix up for my beloved children. I was in the middle of upgrading and remodeling by Contractors who were 100% taking advantage of me when ... enter Jason. He turned everything around. He gently let me know that these people did not have my best interests in mind. He pointed out, like a champion, and in front of them, that the materials they were using were substandard or the work they were performing was overpriced and/or not up to code, and when they left in a huff, he brought in alternative replacement contractors who turned out to be hardworking and trustworthy. Jason would go and get things from the Supply stores that, because of my condition I couldn't, and he always brought the receipts back and reviewed the ticket item for item to show me where he hadn't marked it up not even one penny. He did multiple things around my house that had nothing to do with electricity but that I could never have done on my own. And one night I discovered that the Propane guys had knocked off an outside faucet and left without telling me and refused to come fix it when I called them, Jason came at 11:30PM and replaced it. (A couple of days later he presented me with an invoice, which was the exact amount of the faucet, with no labor or other emergency charges). All in all, for the 6 months of work done in and around my house, out of what I would estimate involved at least 70 individuals, Jason was better than all of them put together!I was getting soooo ripped off before he came along. At the end of the job, he hadn't presented me with an invoice for a good 6 weeks and I thought, oh my gosh, the last invoice will be easily in the 5 figures (because he had done so much work), but when I got his last invoice I literally almost cried! It was 1/10 of what I thought it would be. My little grandchildren, who called him Jason the Builder, all loved him as did even my two dogs (who seemed to look forward to his coming around)! In summary, God is so Good, God is so Great, that He would bring a silent, strong, saintly and honest man like Jason into our lives at this very significant moment.
