He explained to us what he saw and what it meant. He took pictures of the both panel and told us that he would send us an email on what he found out which we received the same day, We sent it out to our insurance and you know what's the good thing about that? The pictures that he took, it has description on it so that the insurance would understand what it was and what it meant.After a few days, our claim got approved by the insurance. We called Firefly Electric, my husband talked to the owner Sal who is very kind and got the job scheduled.The scheduled day came where we had Joshua and Brandon, They installed what we got which is the Platinum Panel Package with 9 dual function breaker. Joshua did the outdoor panel while Brandon did the indoor panel and I would say what a superb teamwork! Remember teamwork makes the dream work! While they were doing the work I was chitchatting with them and they were really friendly yet professional.We had some issues with our homeowners insurance but we got rest assured that they are gonna help us with it which is definitely going above and beyond! I came across this company on nextdoor app. I called for an estimate and scheduled a time for someone to come out. Isiah and Matt showed up to my house, gave me some options and quickly went to work. These guys were very professional, informative and respectful. I needed a floodlight installed where I didn’t have any power close by and these guys made it happen. I highly recommend calling this company for any electrical services. I will definitely use them in the future.

This was my first-time using Mr. Sparky. Kenneth was on-time and explain every step in the process of changing out the fuses in my panel. When I called the gentleman that answered was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't really know what type of conduit line to run from the pole to my house, how thick it had to be, so and so forth. He never made me feel inferior because I didn't know what I was talking about. He explained what needed to be done and how to approach it. He was very helpful and extremely friendly. Rene was recommended by my handyman to fix the huge electrical problem of my house. At first I went to hire a big name electrical company and I was quoted humongous amount advising to replace all inside the panels I have in my house. My handyman advised me to let Rene look into it for second opinion. Rene came very professional and went straight to the problem and worked on it. I even asked if I have to replace the circuit breakers that I was previously quoted, he said that it is still working fine and I don’t have to spend more money for replacing it. The following day his crew has to finish up the outside panel and did some replacements also. They were very polite as well and very punctual on their commitment and finished the job in less than an hour. To top it off I was only charged a penny compared to the quote of the previous company I hire. Please consider my honest review if you have electrical problems like mine. Shout out to Rene Carreno the president of Brothers electric Inc and his crews, highly recommended!!!

We called out Evenflow for an AC unit. Mario did a great job, the price was fairly priced, and the job was left cleaned.

The two electricians, David and Alex, were great to work with. Every time my wife changed her mind on the height of the lights they quickly changed the height. Called to set up an appointment yesterday we set it for today from 1-5 and no one showed I called them at 5:10 to see if the Professional was running behind and they told me in the notes it said I was canceled And I need to be rescheduled clearly they’re overbooked or bad with time management because nobody even let me know till I called them very bad first impression
