Best Electrical Emergency Repair in San Antonio TX

Called 1st Call last night to come out and take a look at my system after having issues caused by a power surge during the last storm. They were able to send Chris out first thing this morning, with no service call fees or anything. Chris came out, took a look at the system, and was able to find out that the issue was my thermostat. He was extremely professional, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond what I expected, and after all was said and done, I was only charged the $59 diagnostic fee. Super friendly, and will for sure be using Chris and 1st Call again for any future HVAC needs!

This company provides excellent service. They exceeded my expectations with their customer service and quality of service. Johnny made sure I understood whatever he was going to do every step of the way and the price that gave for his work was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company!

The guys are awesome, #1 they answered the phone!!!, #2 They arrived when they said they would and called several times on the way to my house. They were fast and had the most current and not so current technical knowledge ( my house is a little older). They explained everything and the pricing was upfront no surprises. The were very polite even though I was going through a a breakdown, and my house was in chaos!! It did not phase them, They were the best in my time of need and I have used them twice in the last month!!

Josh G came out to service our HVAC system. He provided Good service, was very professional and very polite. He arrived on time, was very friendly and very knowledgeable. We had an electrical short and he fixed it just in time when the weather was cold.. Definitely would recommend him.

I would at this point give NO stars if I could! I scheduled a plumber to come out with a 4 day wait. When my day for the onsite inspection & estimate was to take place, I called the plumber Rudy who was suppose to be at my house at 4:15, for which I took off work to meet at my home, only to find out he forgot. He asked I could reschedule tomorrow, I explained I couldn't take a another day off from work. He finally arrived around 5:45 pm. After walking through and discussing the project, he told me he should have an estimate for me over the new few days. I had to call 4 times over a 2 week period to get an estimate. When I did, it was so poorly detailed I didn't know what the grand total of $7000+ really included for a 60x42 tub install to replace my shower only stall. I emailed the company back when I received my estimate and asked for one that reflected more of what we discussed which was the plumber setting the tub and reworking the water lines, I have yet to ever hear back from them again! I hate have my time wasted, and if you do too, avoid going here.
