Great job. Guys were prompt and quick. Office staff was very helpful as well. Communicated with me on changes in times and arrival.

Technician was awesome! He was on time, friendly, extremely helpful and accommodating. Not only did he fix the problem, he helped with additional issues that weren't a part of the call, yet he worked us in. He made sure that all issues were addressed, offered advice, assistance, additional services, and that we were happy with everything and to contact them if we needed anything else.

They sent out reminders of appt., info and photo of electrician who would be providing the service and updates on arrival time. Of course the best part was our electrician, Edward. He worked out the best place, with least impact to install a new outlet in bathroom and an under counter light over sink in cabinet area as well as replaced 5 wired smoke detectors.. He does excellent work and is very thorough and informative. They will be our go to electrical company from now on.

Mr. Alonzo is a flawless professional. We contacted him after being referred his services as a master electrician to install several ceiling fans. He quickly identified a potential fatal wiring flaw that our new builder installed incorrectly, which could have caused a fire at any time. He stayed onsite and spoke with building supervisor to show him the issues and even provided a temporary fix until their electricians could come back out. I would highly recommend 4A Electrical Services for any jobs and we WILL be calling only his business for any of our upcoming projects.

Octavio and Roberto were excellent! Professional and quick, and they made sure to clean up the area once they were finished. I was pleased because my installation was not scheduled until Monday, but they were able to get it done 4 days early because they had an opening become available and called me! Also, Citywide beat their competitor's price by over $100 and left no messy drywall for me to patch.

It's all good but the price is way to high all the other electric companies are half the price

Mr. Flores was initially hired to perform electrical work and decided to help me out on this remodel project. It was a tremendous task but he did a great job on this project, completing it within the deadlines required. The remodel was a rental home and it sold within 4 days of being placed on the market. Mr. Flores is a professional always respectful and never complained about any requests. He just got the job done! I trusted his judgment on many issues to my satisfaction. This driver ripped through my neighborhood this morning, 16.JUN.2021 @ 11:20am, cutting off my wife at the Wortham Oaks stoplight. Acting like that on the road is indicative of their work in your house. Beware.

I did just have an experience with one of their trucks. I was sitting at a red light with one of their trucks behind me on Judson Rd. I guess he got tired of waiting and peeled out from behind me and made the left turn on red. He sped through my neighbourhood and parked on Larkdale Drive. 78233. This happened at 3:40 814/2020

Blackbelt A/C and Electrical installed a new air conditioner in a home I had just purchased. When I moved in, I noticed the air wasn't circulating thru the home and I called the owner. Gabriel was very polite and explained about what the problem might be. We decided to have the duct work checked out. While waiting for the inspection, my a/c iced up and my hallway had water coming up thru the floor. Gabriel came out to the home and checked on the unit himself. He was extremely polite and very knowledgable and calmed my nerves down immensely. He pulled out the filter and it was filthy. He suggested I turn off the a/c and let the ice dissipate, and to try replacing the filter before running any expensive tests. He easily could have suggested any number of expensive fixes on top of replacing the filter and gouging me for hundreds or thousands of dollars. Instead he suggested I try replacing the filter and he showed me the exact type that was needed and how to put it in. He was available when I had a question and he made me feel heard and not rushed at all. Gabriel generally cares and is truly a person and a company that I would recommend without blinking an eye. In this day and age, it is almost impossible to find a person or company that you can trust, and it is nice to know that Gabriel and Blackbelt A/C and Electric are knowledgeable and beyond trustworthy. From one former military servicemember to another, thank you for your service- not only to our country, but to San Antonio, too!! It is nice to know that honesty and integrity still exist.

If I could put 0 stars I would doesn't give me the option but horrible business practice trying to take more money with out putting out work would never recommend this company and as of right now I'm taking legal action to pursue the owner of the company ! !!!
