They gave an estimate and did the job at the cost they quoted, even though I suspect it took more time to do the job than expected. I gave them an opening to revise their estimate and they refused. Some of my outlets were not working and I was in need of an electrician. I gave Star Light Electric a call and they were able to send an electrician the same day. I spoke with Michael which was very professional. The electrician that arrived was very knowledgeable and was able to resolve the issue within the hour. The estimate that I received was very reasonable. Over all I am very happy with Star Light Electric and they will be my go to electrician from now on!!!

Great experience with Tab electric. Rough start to Saturday morning when I lost power to a section of my house. Tom was able to come out same day, was upfront about the service call fee ( standard for all home services ) - he was able to trouble shoot and find the bad breaker, and replace it. He had to get creative in my very outdated panel, and was diligent about understand the amps running to that breaker so it will stay on. I'm curious about all things home repair so Tom did all his work with me asking him questions and trying to learn. Def plan to call Tom next time I have an issue!

The original panel was from 1964 and really needed to be brought up to newer code and safety regulations. David coordinated with APS and Maricopa county and the job started on time and finished in the same day. The panel looks and works great. I am very happy with their work. Armando came out to cap off electric as part of a tub/shower conversion. The shower instal lead had suggested moving the electric since it was a dedicated breaker. Armando checked out what would be involved, priced out the difference and finished what was necessary for the shower install to proceed. Armando had other clients scheduled, so he honored those appointments (good customer service ?) and came back with supplies needed to move the outlet to outside. He also solved a long nagging problem with a bad sensor in the shower pot light. (Great customer service!??)

I called to ask to look at our breaker, but he could not get to my house by the time I needed it fixed so I had to call someone else. He then got mad and hung up on me. The electrician that did come out found a huge issue with my electrical wiring and it looks like we are going to have to rewire the house, so I let them go and told them to give a bid. I then called Apollo back to ask for if he could submit a bid but he cut me off before I could say anything and told me I'd have to call someone faster, then he just hung up on me.

Technician came to my workplace and didnt want to replace a breaker that was faulty. Poor service

Danny came out and installed a mitigation fan on the roof. He had to get in the attic crawl space to do this, and did it without a complaint. He also put in a box with a switch for the fan and an outlet in our laundry room. He did a super job and everything looked great afterwards- no mess! All the work was done well, works great and the price was right, too! Will definitely use Cowboy Electric in the future!

I called the company over the course of two days which happened to be after hours. The only option available was to leave a voice message for the on call electrician. I left three messages in two days and never received a return call.
