I heard back from Gabe right away and he came out a couple hours later as he said he had time. He was very friendly and professional. He had the part to fix my washer on his truck and it was up and running in no time! He agreed the old stuff lasts better than the new stuff! I will definitely call him next time I have a problem!

Have used George Brazil many times and find them to be straightforward and honest. The technician I worked with today, Rose, was awesome- very personable and willing to explain in as much detail as I required any options available. She performed the repair quickly and professionally. I was so impressed by her, I have asked for her specifically to service the AC unit at my rental property. :)

I just returned from a two week vacation to find water & damage all over the rear of my garage! I started throwing towels down every where to try to soak up the water and then I called two plumbing companies who said they dealt with emergency services only to leave messages and never hearing back from neither of them! Someone told me to call Penquin because they just had some AC work done and the person said they seemed reasonable and reliable, so I called them, I spoke to the dispatcher who took my infirmation and wiyhin an hour I had a technician show up at my door. The technician's name was Joshua C who was professional, courteous and timely. He came in, got right to work and showed me where the water heater had leaked! He even wrnt so far to show me ghe damage to the sheetrock and pedestool which the water heater rested upon. After shieing me the damage, he told ne he had a restorstiln company which he could call to come access the dsmage. Not only did he call the company, but they showed up almost immediately as well. Joshua removed my water heater and left a new water heater in my garage awaitung for for the restoratiln company to repair tbe pedastool and damaged wall area. What was even better was that he took his time to expksin to me his warranty program in which the savings on the new water heater saved me the cost of the 1 year warranty and then some! Im waiting for everyone to comr bsck today to finush tbe eork but must say do far i amimpressed and completely satisfied! Ask for Joshua C!!!!

Miguel was very professional and offered a lot of options. He was on time and spent quite a bit of time answering my questions, and explaining other options to bring the electrical system up to code.

My first experience with Fixer was a 10/10 experience. I reached out to them because one night our Air Handler was not turning on and flashing a low voltage warning to our nest thermostat. I called 3 different HVAC companies and finally got one out the next day. Quick analysis showed that the unit was perfectly fine, but it appeared to be an electrical issue with the outlet that the unit was plugged into. Queue the real headache of the service industry:

1.) Called a local electrician, quoted a 200 diagnostics fee just for showing up and then parts and labor would be on top. Soonest availability was 4 weeks out.
2.) Called another 'national' electrician, quoted a 150 fee for showing up and additional hours would be 75 per hour with parts and labor. Earliest availability was 2 months out!
3.) Discovered Fixer online and filled out the repair request based on what i knew. Was quoted $119 for the first hour and then everything would be prorated to the minute there after. Felt reasonable and the best part was they could get someone there the next day. My fixer showed up, was extremely professional and quickly diagnosed the issue that the HVAC company could not. Upon diagnosing the issue, my fixer explained everything that he was going to try and then explained what could be the root cause. 1 trip to the hardware store for parts and my fixer was completed with the project. Two burnt out electrical switches and plugs and everything was back up good as new. Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. total cost $200 with parts and labor.

So quickly said, if you value your time, want transparency with what is actually occurring with your problem, and want top of the line customer service, give Fixer a shot. Could not be happier with their work.

We had to shut our water off due to a problem with our soft water tank. Their technician was able to arrive hours earlier than scheduled which was great considering we had no water. Their tech Joshua was wonderful, he was very knowledgeable and personable. He fixed our problem and gave us a good deal on some new equipment. He said if we had any problems we could just give him a call. Overall it was a great experience.

Greg was a fantastic person. This was our first ever remodeling project and having someone like Greg handling everything was such a relief. He was always on time and always working hard. Both of my bathrooms look great, we are really happy with how it all came out. Everyone I've talked to at Handyman Connection has been great, but Greg was exceptional in not only his work ethic but customer service skills. I will return with more business and recommend to friends and family your company.

I can't see enough wonderful things about Scott and his team. We have done shower installations, AC service and repairs at both my home and office, and multiple plumbing repairs ranging from children clogging toilets to the homeowner (me) not changing out his reverse RO system filters correctly an causing a leak.
