Phenomenal! On the date that my condo sale was supposed to close, I received an e-mail from a lender telling me that underwriting was delaying the close date (again) due to burn marks on the GFI outlet cover. This was information I should have received weeks ago and I needed a quick turnaround so as not to delay the close date much further. I left a VM at around 6:00 p.m., received a call from Will on my way home from work that same evening and Dave came out, inspected the issue (arcing) and replaced the GFI during the lunch hour. Incredible response time and great follow up. I could not be happier and I recommend them highly to anyone!!! TiO was sent out as a contractor for a large ADT job at my home. Pedro Madril was the electrician that arrived - on time. This was exceptionally important as he was needed to work in tandem with ADT. Pedro's drywall cuts were surgical and I ended up needing to do zero repairs; which is extremely rare and appreciated. He also left each area he worked cleaner than before he started. Thank you for your professionalism.

I had a great experience with One Shot Installations, Gabe did a very clean job at a fair price.

The technician Mike was very rude. Before I let him into the house, I asked if he was vaccinated. He responded, nobody should be asking people if they are vaccinated. HELLO? You are coming into my house! I want you to wear your mask in my house if you are not vaccinated. Our house was pretty new still. The builder was also here for the diagnose and will take care of the payment. After Mike gave us the quotes. He said to the builder: let's go outside and take the payment.' I had a feeling he wanted to talk trash about me. That's why he wanted to take the payment outside. I went out right after them. Guess what, there he was, bad mouthing a customer outside the customer's house.Very disappointed, since the customer service for scheduling has been very pleasant and husband had a good experience dealing with them before. Just a rude technician. I am Asian, I wonder if that played any role for his rudeness.

The electricians from Wise Owl Electricians did an excellent job installing electrical outlets in our kitchen. Colin arrived on time and completed his job with a high level of professionalism. I wasn't sure whether what we were trying to do in the kitchen could be done, but he managed to get everything to work perfectly. After the job was over, he cleaned up all of the materials. Even though his project cost was pretty cheap, I believe I should have paid him more than the asked price. From beginning to end, the work was excellent. I will return as a customer.

Ken & Caidan came out to give me an estimate. They were friendly, courteous & knowledgeable & HONEST. I had the kitchen recessed can lights changed out to LED can lights, also LED ribbon lights installed over the great room beam & over the fireplace & installed a large chandelier on a 16+ sloped ceiling. The chandelier was a challenge as there were problems with a part to hang it & communication with the lighting co. Ken & Mike handled the problem with professionalism & patience. I would definitely recommend Ken, Mike & Caidan & would use them again.

I had the wrong number. There was a live power line that broke and was laying in my driveway. The guy who answered the phone directed me as to who I needed to call. He was very helpful, patient and courteous.

I had an issue with my AC and contacted Tucker Hill Air for help. Their HVAC repair service was excellent and their technician was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. I appreciate their fast and reliable service.

I have been working with Light Electric for several years now and I wouldn't want to work with any other electrician. They are always professional and thorough and give me a good idea of costs upfront.

They installed light fixtures for us as well as new power outlets and helped diagnose some electrical issues we had in our kitchen.

Then, out of 5 quotes, AZ State Electric gave me the only *sane* one on my non-trivial fix for 22+ year old electrical work gone bad.
They gave me options, and explained each one.
We scheduled the work. They got here on time, did the work, did it well, explained it, held to the price, and even threw in a couple last minute extras for just the cost of labor.
When there was one issue, they sent a guy out the next morning - on a holiday - and had it fixed in 15 minutes.
Everything works again.
Got myself a new electrician.
